amazing staff, neat and quiet rooms, superb location, good value. oh, the hotel made the heat better by providing multiple supplies of ice creams, coffee and snacks. The kids loved it.

Limpio, moderno y el desayuno excelente. Habitación grande y camas cómodas. La ubicación inmejorable, está situado en pleno Myeongdong. Además llegamos un poco antes de la hora del checkin y ya tenían preparada la habitación sin coste alguno.

洗手台那个出水的居然是要手动按，我找了半天没有找到那里可以出水！我脸都没洗，刷牙速口水还是吐马桶的！体验感不好，非常吵晚上一直有声音！
Добрый день. Первый отель в котором всё было на месте, правильно и комфортно. Месторасположение лучшее. Самое главное это персонал. От которого зависит качество проживания. Было чисто в номере, вкусно в лаундже, и комфортно в общении. Отдельное спасибо ребятам и девчатам на этаже G. Всегда встречали и провожали по доброму. Большой поклон всем работникам отеля.

Danny and Dana our Concierge. Our interactions with
Danny who supported us with the tours and the Myeongdong experience. With such caring personality, he guided us even encouraging us not to skip breakfast which was quite a cute touch in caring for our wellbeing. Yet he felt he could have done more. This is pure passion for the customers wellbeing.
Dana, the very helpful young lady who was always up for the challenge. Nothing was ever too much for her to do for us securing our wedding anniversary dinner together with Danny and finding us dinner spots, even supporting us with downloading the local apps for easier convenience.
William on reception who always greeted us
The lovely young man in the Lounge who gave us tips on what to do, and the sweet young lady who got us packed breakfast for our very early morning DMZ tour trip.

Except for the additinal charge for the main breakfast which didn't affect us much since we didn't get the chance to even have lounge breakfast due to the schedule we created ourselves.
All was fab. Including the room we got.
