Below my expectation

Prefect location

Cons:

I arrived the hotel around 4:30pm and the front desk just ask me to leave the luggages with her. After I returned from dinner around 10:30pm, I still didn’t find my luggages. I just call them to find out where are they and after 10mins, they finally found out that the luggages were still in the G/F front desk. It never been happened to me and even they called a 5 star hotel.

Besides, I found the shower holder is broken and the bottle of bath soup is empty.

整體不值
Pros:

之前一次住，有一樓直出明洞，現裝修，只有G層出是大使館。

Cons:

比第一次失望，房間有濾水器，但提供瓶裝水也沒有，紙巾要提出要求才更換，咖啡幾天沒補充。

Pros:

リクエストを汲んで静かで長めの良いお部屋を用意してくれた。またチェックアウトは14時にしてくれ、クラブラウンジの雰囲気もとってもよく滞在は終始快適でした。初めて娘との海外でしたが安心して過ごすことができました。どうもありがとうございました！

Cons:

お茶パックがあるのにお部屋にお湯を沸かすものがなかった。またお茶パックや綿棒やコットンなど一部のアメニティの補充がなかった。
