Pros:

The location was exceptional and the free coffee and drinks were a plus. The staff were also very helpful! We plan to stay here next time or maybe try LeMeridian.

Pros:

The hotel is the standard Moxy hotel. It is fairly priced for what they offer. The breakfast offered both European and Asian options. Nothing fancy but it gets the job done. The lobby functions as a bar/restaurant as well and the food and drinks were ok.

What I really liked about this hotel was the personnel. I was simply amazed how welcoming they all were. The first room we got was above some air conditioning units which were making a lot of noise, so we simply went to the reception and immediately got offered a new room. The cleaning staff also did their job very well.

The hotel is located in a very good area and even though it becomes noisy outside at night, they have a good sound insulation, so you won't be bothered.

Also, they have a spacious laundry room that comes in hand when you travel and need to wash your clothes.

Cons:

The hotel seems to need a little more maintenance work. You can see some stained walls here and there and it would improve the overall experience.
Another thing is that the soundproofing between rooms could be improved. We had some noisy families nearby and could hear them. It was not that bad, but it certainly could be improved.

Great stay for all 3 generations first timers in Seoul
Pros:

The space in the Double Room was spacious and very comfortable for 3 pax. Location was absolutely amazing, not in the heart of all the noise but short walk to all the food and shopping

Cons:

Not all double rooms of same size. Initially was given a smaller room but we switched it with our parents as we had 3 in our party

Great boutique hotel with lovely staff!
Pros:

Functional room, with spacious bathroom. Good toiletries provided & comfortable bed. Staff were also really friendly & I appreciated the welcome drink!

Cons:

There was construction (that I was not warned about) right below my room at 11pm - 1am one night. The staff were very apologetic and handled it well, but it should never have happened in the first place. I don’t mind during the day but at that time it’s unacceptable.

We Loved It
Pros:

We travel with our child who loves a bunk bed situation. We purposely chose a room that was spacious; luckily, they gave us one that didn’t have a pesky pillar in the middle of the room. The hotel is situated in a great location, loads of shopping and restaurants all around, and the money exchange place directly across the entrance is one of the best ones too. We also love the free coffee every morning, free laundry and the convenience store right below.

Cons:

Unfortunately, the property itself was renovating the ground floor, and directly across from our window was another construction site. Work starts early there, before 8am, and it was hard to sleep through the noise since we’re late risers.
The rooms are designed to be minimal yet functional, but some furnitures are starting to fall apart, ie the suitcase rack. The top bunk is a free structure, four legs and not mounted on the wall, which is a little nerve wracking for us sleeping below.

Great stay overall, very convenient with great facilities and friendly staff
Pros:

Great location, welcoming and friendly staff and the amenities like water filter and free laundry service

Cons:

Perhaps because we booked through booking.com, the 2 queen beds were placed facing each other with very little room to move around. The fact that we are Marriott Bonvoy members did not help in getting the benefits or a better room just because we used Booking.com
