Niet schoon, bedompt. Ligging perfect.
Pros:

Ligging is uitstekend

Cons:

Eén raam, in het plafond (wij hadden app nr 1) dat na lang zoeken een klein stuk open bleek te kunnen
Zwarte haren op de vloer, een oude sok lag er nog en op de badkamer lag de badmat nog
Je kreeg het idee dat er niet echt schoongemaakt was

Super place. Friendly staff.
Pros:

I had a really nice stay in this hotel. The room was big and clean. I stayed before in Haarlem, but it was a tiny room. This room is really big and comfortable. In the heart of the city center. I will be back. Highly recommended!!

Heerlijk centraal gelegen appartement
Pros:

Toplocatie en ontzettend behulpzaam personeel. Erg nette badkamer en bedden lagen heerlijk.

Cons:

Zeepdispenser was stuk maar er werd oplossingsgericht gedacht. Heel fijn.

Perfect stay right in the middle of the city centre. The location was excellent, everything was within walking distance. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Would definitely stay here again!

Geweldig verblijf in een ruim en schoon hotel op prachtige locatie!
Pros:

Fantastisch hotel met mooie ruime en schone kamers. Vriendelijk personeel en duidelijke communicatie, o.a. via mail en telefoon. De ligging van het hotel is ook heel gunstig.

Chambre budget économique n°1 est au rez-de-chaussée. on entend tous les bruits des autres clients qui entrent et sortent.

Aucune fenêtre sauf une petite lucarne au plafond de la "cuisine".

Literie très inconfortable. Le matelas est vieux et creusé.
