It wasn’t comfortable. It was dark and not very nice. The balcony is next to the toilet. The stairs are terrible and this should be made very clear. We actually left early and paid to stay somewhere else.

Het hotel is onbemand, dat was voor mij onduidelijk en de service rondom de ontvangst viel dan ook tegen. De contactpersoon achter de intercom was niet echt klantgericht en ook slecht te verstaan.

byłam w pokoju nr 1 (economy room). To pokój sztucznie wydzielony na parterze. Brak okna - był tylko lufcik w suficie, którego nie było możliwości otworzyć gdy padał deszcz. Wyrobiony z jednej strony materac, poplamione prześcieradło, brak klimatyzacji, brak sprzątania pokoju, ręczniki wymieniono dopiero przed ostatnią nocą (byłam tam 5 nocy), przechowalnia bagażu to był schowek na szczotki bez żadnych zabezpieczeń i do tego na pierwszym piętrze (strome i wąskie schody jakie to bywają w kamienicach holenderskich). brak szmaty do podłogi lub coś do posprzątania i pleśń na listwie "zapobiegającej wylewanie się wody spod prysznica na resztę łazienki. Światło górne było tylko nad "środkową" częścią pokoju, co uniemożliwiło pisanie przy stole. Najgorszy było brak wyciszenia pokoju - słychać było wszystko z pokoju nad (chodzenie, głośne rozmowy) i z korytarza (rozmowy, stukanie w ściany, trzaskanie drzwiami wejściowymi do "hotelu") - brak ciszy nocnej w tym miejscu. To miejsce to nie hotel tylko wynajęty prywatny apartament. Gdyby było wszystko opisane tak jak to wygląda nigdy nie zdecydowałabym się na ten pokój (pomijam, że cena była zbyt wysoka do warunków). na plus, ze właściciel próbował rozwiązać ten problem, ale chciał się spotykać po 22:00 (kiedy ja już padnięta szłam spać) lub w południe, gdy byłam w trakcie zwiedzania.

Accès par escalier très étroit et très raide rendant l’accès à la chambre, même sans valise, dangereux. Wifi défectueux malgré notre signalement. Fuite au dessus d’une fenêtre, colmatée par une éponge mais qui laisse fuiter la pluie et arrose table et chaises! Salle de bains neuve mais reste fenêtre et porte à restaurer, distributeur du savon dans douche cassé, manque de supports pour articles de toilette. Radiateur /chauffe serviettes très sale. Linge de toilette très usé, draps du lit non repassés, froissés (lavés?) . Dessus d’une des tables de nuit collant ! Vaisselle très sommaire.

La voce del citofono non si sente bene, avevamo difficoltà a comprendere le parole. C è un rumore di fondo. Consiglio di aggiungere qualche biscottino o cioccolatini da far trovare agli ospiti.

noisy at night time as people keep walking and running and shouting. Heater inside the house was making knocking noise at night times alone. Bit pricy as well. By reducing the price this place will get booked always on high demand

It’s a cheaply decorated apartment without windows that feels like a storage room. It is clean and the location is great but few things made it unpleasant:

1. The bed was uncomfortable with a sinkhole on one of the sides.
2. Bathroom is cheap. It kept on flodding (no shower screen) , there was no shower gel in the dispenser, and no place to hang and dry towels. One little hook for the hand towel only.
3. Noise level - you can hear people upstairs and moving in and out of the building.
4. The radiators were off when we checked in and the apartment was cold. This was quickly fixed but didn’t make for a pleasant start.
5. Bright white head light

It is not clean enough,and the room is very small if for 4 persons,I think it is better for 2 persons.

Het was wel gehorig , en de kraan in het keukentje zat los, de intercom was slecht verstaan baar. Maar ik heb dit ook bij de eigenaar gemeld.

Er was geen wifi of die werkte althans niet

geen raam, geen ventilatie, erg opgesloten gevoel. Personeel is vreemd, en niet klantvriendelijk.
