Our stay was perfect anything we needed was right in the area we even walked to dinner twice

Convenient location, reasonable pricing. Would stay again.
Pros:

Huge bedroom and bathroom. Checking Staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The mattress was a bit worn. The one side was sloped down towards the floor. I thought I was going to slide off the bed. Every time I set my phone down next to me, it would slide off the bed and on the floor.

Paid Parking Ruined experience
Pros:

Peachtree Mgt./Hilton have a parking company w QR code signs everywhere so when u arrive after a long day u have to walk back out and pay for parking at a HGI surrounded by Home Depot and Best Buy retail parking, like u r staying in a downtown luxury hotel. Garbage! Change ur rate if u need to make more money.
