Pros:

Not much, but since we couldn't get our room canceled. They said they would do it, but booking.com. Wouldn't do it and then booking.com. Said that the hotel wouldn't cancel it. So someone was lying to me and I didn't like that, but it was an overnight trip. So it worked out okay.I would never purposely stay there again.Nor use booking dot com if I can help it in any way, i couldn't help an act of God in that. It snowed 12 inches in North Carolina that it usually doesn't snow anything in February. And I didn't get the information and time from the school that the meat had been switched to the following weekend and no one would even just switch the dates for me. And I couldn't talk to a real life person. I'm booking.com, so sad. Not impressed at all.

It was good except for the ac that was loud because it was broke

The location, 5 minutes from the Lenovo Center

Cons:

The AC in my room started making a loud noise at midnight while we were sleeping and continued to do it through the night and when we checked out and told the front desk person he didn’t ask how they could make up for it. Just said he’d tell maintenance to fix it before the next people came in

Pros:

It was a nice suite. Me and my boyfriend went to the pool, fitness room, and ate the breakfast. We took advantage of the king size bed and hot shower. One of the best hotels I’ve stayed at. And we were able to walk to McDonald’s when we had a sweet tooth.

Cons:

I didn’t like the fact only one elevator was working so it’s a longer waiting time to get where you needed to go. I also didn’t like that the hotel didn’t provide drinking straws so I had to walk to McDonald’s just to have some. Hotels should have everything provided.
