Anavada Inn & Suites Grande Prairie

Hotel was clean; staff was apathetic and beds were like sleeping on concrete slabs.

Very pleased with this motel for a low budget stay. Appeared to be very clean and kept up quite well for an older motel. Very happy with my stay.

A great place to stay.

We needed a quick stay overnight to attend a funeral. Based upon other reviews, we chose this hotel. However, our experience was not all similar to others. Property externally looked run down, and the unfortunate homeless people around added to the sketchiness of the property. It was very noisy and we couldn't sleep well at all due to noisy guests in adjacent rooms.

Good value for the price, simple but clean. Only complaint is that they do not have garbage can at the entrances.

Nobody was at the front when I arrived to check in. Waited for too long.. wasn’t happy. Shared kitchen area was a disaster. Was told breakfast at 6am it was not at 6am. You get what you pay for I guess

Air conditioning not working in first room. Took over an hour to have maintenance confirm it wasn’t working. Tried to call the front desk but there was no phone in the room. Moved to new room where the tv wasn’t working. Tried to call front desk but phone in new room was not working. 45 minutes later, staff were not able to get the tv working. A swing and a miss all the way around.

Easy stay from aitport; no shuttle

Liked the ease of checking in and the front counter staff, had a bit of trouble logging onto the TV but finally got it

Room air conditioning not working well. Load noise from the unit required ear plugs ro sleep.

Room was spacious, tv had a Roku which was amazing to see! Great price as well. Would definitely stay here again.

The room was spacious and comfortable, beds were comfortable and clean. The fridge and little freezer were very handy.

Corners of the bathroom could have been cleaner. A Kleenex box would have been nice.
The air conditioner did not cool properly and shut off several times through the night.

We had to wait 30 mins before someone came to open the door to check in and the building was hot and the floors felt slanted

Staff was kind and very helpful. Continental breakfast was not good. Toaster didn’t work, quarter inch jam in a 4 inch tall jar, margarine a little bit of oil at the bottom of the container, fruit was at least a week old. Beds were old but fairly clean, carpet was filthy. Other than that we slept ok.

Nice place to stay

Property is a basic hotel, no frills but the beds are comfy and clean. The price is good. There is a small continental breakfast offered. Toast and cereal. For my needs of a place to sleep overnight it was perfect. Right across from the mall and Tim Hortons and McDonald’s right next door.

Could’ve cleaned the bathroom and who knows what else was dirty
