Pros:

Bij aankomst werd ik vriendelijk ontvangen door een mannelijke medewerker. Alles verliep goed. Ik heb lekker gegeten.

Cons:

Bij vertrek veranderde de houding van een andere mannelijke en een vrouwelijke medewerker echter toen bleek dat ik niet met euro’s kon betalen. Ze reageerden erg onvriendelijk en deden alsof mijn geld nep was. Dat vond ik erg teleurstellend. Ik voelde me daardoor op een vreemde en onaangename manier behandeld.

Good location and comfortable room, but cleanliness was below expectation.
Pros:

Hotel location were strategic for shopping and dining around.

Cons:

Floors and toilet were not cleaned as i was expecting a daily cleaning. Expected a nice view from Level 27, but the windows were stained with dirt.

Pros:

The location is super conviente. Right next to the mall. Service is good. Room is clean and quiet. The self-service laundry worth another star. View is great. I'll consider to use it again when I visit Shanghai in the future.

Cons:

My husband is a little bit unsatisfied with the shower and toilet, you can hear everything. The conviente store inside the hotel is very expensive.

Cozy, clean, responsive staff.
Pros:

There's a large mall nearby, and there are two metro lines. It's a 20-minute taxi ride from the airport, and the railway station is also close. The breakfast was excellent. The room was always clean; they cleaned it regularly and changed the towels and slippers every day

Pros:

Very good hotel. Nice and clean. Location is not central but you are close to a metro station to access the main attraction points in a short time. The view from the restaurant are is great.

Cons:

Bathroom is essentially in the bedroom with some sliding mirror panel to isolate it. It is not a problem if you are travelling alone but it can become problematic for couple or friends travelling together.
