Der Aufenthalt selber perfekt

Personal sehr nett und hilfsbereit

Cons:

Die Organisation betreffend Shuttle ließ zu wünschen übrig, wurde mit großer Verspätung abgeholt, der Driver verstand kein Englisch, war kein schönes Ankommen in Hanoi.

Es ist nicht möglich, irgendeinen Lichtschalter vom Bett aus zu betätigen...immer muss man aufstehen.

Grande chambre lumineuse.Personnel accueillant et a l'ecoute. Tres bonne situation. Un seul bemol, enormement de bruit a cause du bar de nuit en face l'hotel. Eviter les chambres sur rue.

I recently stayed at Hanoi Capital Premium Hotel and, unfortunately, it didn’t quite meet my expectations for the price charged. There’s nothing particularly fancy about the property, and I expected more in terms of room quality and overall comfort.

The room itself felt dated and had a noticeable musky smell, which made the stay less pleasant. While it was functional, it certainly didn’t feel premium.

Breakfast was quite simple with a small selection, offering limited variety compared to other hotels in the area at a similar price point.

Overall, it’s an average stay, but for what they charge, I believe there are better options available in Hanoi.

Location and balcony
Pros:

Location is brilliant. Right next to the cathedral. We loved having our own balcony with table and chairs. Buffet breakfast with omelette to order and dragon fruit was great.

Pros:

Staff was great at communication, very good English and easy to talk to.

Great location: walkable anywhere.

Cons:

Kinda clean, but all walls were scuffed, bathroom “rug” was dirty and full of hair?

Sounds from outside were not a problem - all the banging and walking outside the room door were. We were woken up a few time in the very early morning, maybe the staff were getting ready to work, but you could hear every cough, every step, every bang on the wall.

And the beds were very hard.
