Loved this stay. We stayed for 8 nights when we were in Hanoi. It is a great location in a quiet area but close enough to walk or take a quick grab to the old quarter. The staff were great and the apartment was cleaned when requested. Everything was comfortable and very clean when we arrived. The view is so amazing from the balcony so would highly recommend getting the lake view room.
Nothing, only thing that would have made it a tiny bit better was some outdoor seats to sit on the balcony. There also wasn’t very much kitchen equipment but we didnt really use it anyway but good to keep in mind if you are wanting to cook.
It was spacious studio that had an extra bedroom.
There was a lot of construction getting to the property and it was difficult to find initially.
Very clean, well equipped, nice ac and calm area of town, reccomend.

What an absolute abomination of a property! Woken up at 8 am on a Sunday morning with jackhammering, sawing, drilling, and a whole caucaphony of construction noise beyond our toleration limits. Property management frustrated at every turn, taking turns denying the problem then lying about its source. Refused to help. We had to leave. Prepaid for five nights and management refused to cancel the remainder of our stay. Absolutely criminal. Avoid at all costs
