Ein großartiges Hotel mit dem allerbesten Personal der Welt!

Neben der guten Lage, den super bequemen Betten und der genialen Ausstattung möchte ich besonders das großartige Personal erwähnen!
Und ganz besonders möchte ich Frederica an der Rezeption meinen Lob und Dank aussprechen! " My Angel of Milano"!
Mein Koffer war nicht am Flughafen und Frederica war so lieb und empathisch, hilfsbereit und freundlich!

Man bekommt gleich beim Einchecken einen Espresso, jeder Wunsch wird erfüllt!

Great location, friendly staff and clean hotel
Pros:

We stayed here in April 2026 for the Milano Marathon. The hotel was very clean and our rooms were very quiet at night with very modern design room, very clean and comfy beds. The location was perfect for us. With Navagli just around the corner (5 minute walk) we ended up there most nights. The hotel rooftop pool and bar was the reason we booked and it did not disappoint. There was trams stations close by and the metro a 10 minute walk. The breakfast was nice and a good choice of hot food, cold meats, cereal, croissants and more.
The staff was very friendly and was always more than happy to help with any questions we had. I would recommend this place. There was also a few local bars on the same strip/road as the hotel with a sports bar directly opposite the other side of the canal which we would meet at each night before going out.

Pros:

We had a great time. The hotel is perfectly located at the beginning of Navigli area and gives access to that area. Its very modern and well designed. The room was clean and we loved the decor. But the best thing clearly was the rooftop pool and bar. We spent the day there, sipping cocktails, getting some sun and trying the pool (still a bit cold for it but we managed).

Posizione veramente comoda per raggiungere l'Auditorium di Milano in Largo Malher.
Il personale gentilissimo, camera pulita e grande, colazione con ampia scelta con prodotti molto buoni.

Fantastisch hotel. Vriendelijk personeel, zeer goed ontbijt. Rooftop is uitzonderlijk mooi. :-)
Pros:

Prachtig hotel, originele aankleding.
Onthaal erg vriendelijk. Bagage drop off zeer goed georganiseerd.
Zeer lekker ontbijt met verse koffies, dus niet uit een automaat afkomstig. Gevarieerd aanbod.

Cons:

Het dakterras was de 1e dag gesloten voor een evenement. Ik had speciaal voor de rooftop dit hotel gekozen. We hebben daarom een uurtje voor aanvang van het evenement er mogen gaan zitten. De tweede dag was het wel toegankelijk maar toen vertrokken we.....
