THE ROOM IS SO DIRTY AND MANY MOSQUITOS.
THE WATER PRESSURE IN THE SHOWER ROOM IS SO LOW.

Hotel staff is very rude apecially a girl. When we checkout she demand 100K to wash Towel amd at last we pay 100k. I ask her name but he denied to tell us.
Easy access from footpath. Great location in the busy centre of Tourist area, Bui Vien Street without all the hustle.
Elevator, comfortable firm bed, hot shower.

Cheap and good location
Our toilet was blocked when we arrived, we alerted staff to which they moved us to a smaller, worse room with no natural daylight as the window just had a brick wall outside. Staff could have been much more accommodating about it, we had to argue to get a refund which ended up only being 100k dong. Place was pretty dirty as well.

The staff is very unfriendly. I am a woman travelling alone with 3 suitcases , The young guy didnt help me with my luggage and constantly harass me to make the payment even though they already kept my passport. The facility is bad with very old bed sheet and towers , no hot water.
The attitude, dirty bed sheet and towers , the room and the whole building is very old and dirty
The location of the hotel is really great, you can easily travel by bus from this location anywhere, and the price is really cheap
No windows
Perfect location in the heart of D1. Across the street from September 23rd park, a nice green space in the bustling city. The room was basic, but comfy, clean and a good value. The staff were exceptionally kind and helpful. I will stay there again on my next visit.
I had no issues at all.
The hotel is located in the city centre, and we could easily check-in during the night, shortly after booking a stay. For a night's stay it was perfectly fine. Beds were pretty comfortable.
The overall hygiene of the place was below average. The walls were dirty, they need a repainting badly.
