Mojave Resort - Adults Only

Loved the location, walking distance to shops and restaurants, property was clean and well maintained, staff was very friendly and helpful.

The place is wonderful. From the moment you walk in. Al the front desk manager was so nice! The ambience is amazing. The welcome drink and the sunset prosecco is a nice touch.

We loved the overall vibe, rooms, and neighborhood location. At night it seems like you are at home with the outside fire pit, and lighting.

Pool and fire pit area was very nice. Nice size room.

We enjoyed our stay here. My only complaint is that all the rooms surround the pool and it is very lit up at night. A lot of that light comes in around the blinds which made it difficult to get a good night sleep. They either need to turn off the pool lights at night or get blackout curtains.

My heart has a warm spot for this motel; I enjoy and appreciate it very much for its simplicity and, most of all, its location. I've stayed here for many, many years for the PNB Paribas tournament. You would think they would value the repeat business, but I don't get that vibe from them.

It's been redone, but kind of 1/2 assed. Considering the rates, during tournament time it should be a step up from the kind of remodeled condition it is today. The breakfast used to be ok, but now it is laughable: a piece of fruit, a yogurt, and some sugary, processed, packaged pastry. One of the staff is very nice (Antony), and the other, not so much. "He" does not make you feel welcome and like a valued guest. For example, they have an evening champagne-and-beer thing by their fire pits (very nice), but I had to laugh when he was concerned that I would only take one beer, which I did, but WTF? Air conditioning in the hotel is old-school window-mounts and very noisy. They need to replace them with Heat-Pumps.

Such a great little place to crash for the night. It definitely exceeded my expectations for luxury. There were robes in the closet for use a great mini bar and snack snacks for purchase in each room as well as bottles of wine. I would definitely recommend and definitely come back.

We've been coming to the desert for 25 years. We've stayed in most of the large resorts or VRBO's with many great experiences. This time, we decided to go back to The Mojave after not staying there for about 5 years. Wow! We've found our new 'go to'. The location, right off El Paseo is outstanding. Park the car, walk to great restaurants and shopping. The entire place is immaculate, everyday! Adults only, but allow well behaved dogs. We love the atmosphere! It's so easy, so relaxing, quiet. The big resorts have their plus's I suppose, but there's something special about keeping it simple. The rooms are large, big windows, bright! Every morning...here comes a cool retro little cooler with oj, muffins, apples, yogurt. Who doesn't love morning delivery! Fresh Keurig coffee maker. Each evening they light up the firepits and have "Sundown Salute"! So great, they pour everyone Prosecco around the firepit/pool area. Lovely. This is a place for friends, couples, and a perfect quiet and safe retreat for a solo traveler. We obviously highly recommend and can't wait to return in a couple months.

We were very satisfied with this property! We had an easy check in. We appreciated the friendly and helpful staff. The grounds were very well kept and beautiful. The location is unbeatable; nested in a lovely quiet neighborhood yet walking distance to everything you would need during your stay. Breakfast to your door is a super nice touch!

We come Palm Desert every year and always choose to stay at Mojave. Very clean, added touches like complimentary wine/beer in the evening. Quiet atmosphere. Great for couples that want a relaxing stay. Only recommendation would be healthier breakfast :)

Loved the remodeled rooms and the staff were terrific

The location is fantastic, just a short walk from El Paseo with its shops, art galleries, and restaurants. The pool area is beautiful and relaxing. The room was simple with a very comfortable bed. The staff were friendly and attentive. A great experience!
