Excellent hôtel
Pros:

Tout était parfait.
Cet hôtel est très confortable, très propre. Le petit déjeuner est excellent et le personnel très gentil. La piscine intérieure, sauna et hammam parfait pour se détendre apres une journee de balade.

Ideaal in combinatie met fisherman's trail
Pros:

We zochten (en vonden) een hotel dat we voor en na een 5-daagse wandeling langs de fisherman's trail konden boeken, en waar we een deel van onze bagage konden achterlaten tijdens de hike. Luster bleek een uitstekende keuze.
- Ligging vlakbij metrostation op de lijn van/naar de luchthaven
- Bagage opslag (voor en na check-in, maar ook gedurende de week)
- Binnen- en buitenzwembad met sauna en jaccuzzi voor na de 5-daagse
- Uitgebreid en lekker ontbijt

Cons:

Het buitenzwembad ligt de hele dag in de schaduw (in april toch), en het binnenzwembad was in april al best benauwd. De jaccuzzi was niet verwarmd. (van het zwembad hadden we dat niet verwacht, een jaccuzzi darentegen...)
De prijs ook wel een beetje.

Cons:

Já ficámos muitas vezes no Luster mas tem sido sempre pior. O quarto era um quarto adaptado, não era acolhedor como outros quartos que já temos ficado e a casa de banho tinha muito pouco espaço de arrumação. A televisão não funcionava. O telefone não funcionava. Tivemos que pedir para as senhoras da limpeza voltarem ao quarto porque não estava OK. Infelizmente sentimos que nem o facto de sermos clientes antigos é valorizado.

Pros:

Nice and spacious rooms, staff is very helpful and friendly. The location of the hotel is central in Lisboa.

Cons:

The beds are quite hard, the airco generated a very bad smell in the room, the breakfast is very repetitive and not everything is available (healthy pancakes were 2 out of 4 days not available and the yoghurt also ran out).

Correct.
Pros:

The staff was friendly and reachable. The facilities were nearly brand-new.

Cons:

The water of the Spa was not warm and one of the saunas did not work.
The room was too warm and opening the windows was not possible, so we had to turn the aircon on all the nights.
