An absolute gem in Lisbon!
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at Luster Hotel. The hotel has a fantastic, modern vibe and the location is exceptionally good—perfect for exploring the city.

Upon check-in, we were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade to a beautiful duplex studio. The room was stunning, and the huge private terrace made our stay even more memorable.

The attention to detail and the kindness of the staff really stood out.

We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Lisbon and will definitely return!

Beyond all expectations!
Pros:

Extremely atmospheric hotel, clean and amazing staff. We got a free upgrade that we absolutely loved! The staff was extremely friendly, helpful and we could use facilities after check out for the entire day.

A pocket of heaven
Pros:

The staff were very kind, and even gave my girlfriend a complimentary bottle of wine and cake for her birthday without us admin or mentioning it. The facilities in the room were high quality and very modern, and the housekeeping was also excellent. We loved the indoor and outdoor pool.

Cons:

Everything about the hotel was perfect, but it was a bit further away from the centre than others. It was nice to be away from the crowds though!

Would give 6/5 stars if I could.
Pros:

- Staff were incredible. They offered sight-seeing advice, made a killer cocktail, fit a late roomservice order my small daughter (who suddenly decided at 10:45 pm she was hungry!), and generally went above and beyond. Courteous, professional and well presented.

- Room was a generous size, bed was comfortable.

- Leisure facilities were well stocked, and pool was a pleasant temperature.

- Breakfast was varied and well prepared

- little choccies on the pillows!

Cons:

Nothing negative whatsoever. Would return and will recommend to friends.

Thanks for a special holiday in Lisbon
Pros:

Very clean and spacious room with a comfy bed! No one from our group told them it was my birthday and the staff had a bottle of bubbles and cake delivered to our room! The breakfast was wonderful. They served freshly squeezed juices and eggs done to your liking. Pool side is also lovely space we used nearly every day of our stay!

Nothing at all!

Great! Definetly recommended!
Pros:

I loved the location it was right next to the metro and bus stop so you could co anywhere from there. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room the shower and toilet was clean we had basically everything we could need inside the room.

Die Sauna und der Indoor Pool waren Klasse . Draußen waren wir gar nicht . Das Bett ist sehr bequem und generell kommt alles sehr hygienisch und modern rüber .

Cons:

Das Zimmer ist etwas klein aber zum schlafen reicht's .

Doskonała lokalizacja hotelu- na tyle przytulnego, że chce się do niego wracać.
Pros:

Piękny i przytulny hotel. Personel bardzo pomocny. Śniadania smaczne. Piękny zapach w hotelu już od samego wejścia.
