Beautiful a resftul stay , everytime
Pros:

This is my 4th stay now and it's the only place I will stay when I pass through or visit Lisbon. I love everything about it, the small modern touches, the smell, the breakfast, the staff, the lighting ...

Cons:

One time the staff member tried to seat me outside the breakfast room becuase I was 1 person and he wanted to keep the tables for 2+, didn't apreciate that but I asked someone else and was immediatly sat inside.

Gabriel from reception was very kind and helped us throughout the stay. Very comfortable room. Easy transaction. Would stay again.

Pulizia, colazione con molta varietà sia salata che dolce, disponibilità e cordialità del personale, buon rapporto qualità prezzo, posizione non centrale ma vicino a tanti negozi, ristoranti e metro.

Cons:

Essendo un 5 stelle forse mi aspettavo una camera leggermente più grande con un armadio più spazioso…. Per il resto super top e consigliato

A wonderful stay.
Pros:

Great hotel, not in the center, but in the great door surrounded by so one truly awesome restaurants (Mae). A very nice stay.

Cons:

Our room was a touch small but very comfortable, slept very well.

Pros:

La habitación muy espaciosa y la TV de última generación. La cámara, la cama excepcional cómoda y sin ruidos de tipo alguno.

Cons:

El ascensor se queda oscuras si no pones la tarjeta para subir, lo cual es bastante estresante y el servicio de habitaciones dejaba bastante que desear porque a las 4:00 de la tarde todavía no habían hecho la habitación

Séjour confortable et bien situé
Pros:

Emplacement calme et proche du metro, le personnel est agréable.
Confort de la chambre et l'équipement de l'hôtel.

Cons:

L'espace piscine extérieur n'est pas bien exploité, la piscine et transat sont généralement a l'ombre.
L'endroit est beau mais manque d'un service supplémentaire au niveau de la piscine pour inciter à y aller.
