Good for few days
Pros:

The location was really convenient! The room was clean enough!Nice toiletries too

Cons:

The shower drain was clogged. They came to fix it but maybe wasnt fixable because everytime we showered the water moved next to the toilet area.The staff was not the most helpfull staff you will come across to.

Good experience and great hotel

Cons:

The external taxi company the hotel use - the taxi driver who collected me to take me to the airport was extremely rude and unprofessional - the taxi company should have words with him about his poor attitude - I’d appreciate if the hotel could inform the taxi company about this driver’s behaviour because it’s unacceptable

היו לנו שני חדרי שינה ענקיים וסלון במפלס נפרד, מרפסת שמש עם נוף. שירותים עם מתקן יפני לאסלה, חדר אמבטיה גדול עם שני כיורים (בכל חדר שינה). .עיצוב מודרני, מיטה גדולה, הרבה משטחי מראה. הצוות היה ידידותי מאוד.

Cons:

מיקום קצת מרוחק מאזורים מרכזיים של העיר. מתקני הספא לא ענו על הציפיות. ג'קוזי חיצוני עם מים קרים. שליטה על אורות בחדרים ע"י פנלים אלקטרוניים (אני לא אוהב). מזגן לא קירר באחד מחדרי השינה.

Prachtig 5 sterren hotel en ideale uitvalsbasis
Pros:

Wat ons vooral beviel aan de accommodatie was de uitstekende ligging. De ideale uitvalsbasis om uitstapjes te maken, waarbij de metro op een kleine 400 meter wandelen lag.
De kamer was net en comfortabel. Tevens was de ontvangst vriendelijk. Alles was zeer verzorgd en schoon. We voelden ons er meteen welkom en konden er na een dagje Lissabon heerlijk tot rust komen. Ook de kamer werd tijdens ons verblijf netjes onderhouden, wat we erg waardeerden.

Cons:

Het enige minpunt voor ons was dat onze kamer aan de straatkant lag. Het verkeer was er behoorlijk druk en soms luidruchtig. Het hotel ligt bovendien in de buurt van een politiebureau en een brandweerkazerne, waardoor er ook ’s nachts regelmatig voertuigen met sirenes voorbijreden. Met oordopjes was dit voor ons gelukkig geen probleem en hebben we er uiteindelijk weinig hinder van ondervonden.
