Pros:

Lovely room, good AC, Clarins products. Breakfast very good with lots of options visible and to order. Staff super helpful. Spa area and internal pool and sauna very enjoyable. Very central, easy to get to galleries, shops, restaurants.

Cons:

New pillows would be good.

Amazing hotel
Pros:

Feels like a proper luxury boutique hotel, the staff really took care of us and are just lovely people. They noticed at breakfast it was my partner’s birthday and when we got back from our day out there was a bottle of fizz on ice, an amazing chocolate cake and a handwritten note from the staff, so so cute and it was the highlight of his birthday! The outdoor pool area is small but perfect for the needs of the hotel, we were able to get loungers and there is also a bar there that does cocktails. It was so nice to come back after a hot day exploring Lisbon and get into the pool and chill out before dinner. The pool is quite shaded but that was perfect. Location is really good, there is an excellent burger joint just a few doors away which is open late, very convenient when we arrived late on check in day. It takes about 45mins to walk down to central Lisbon and Bolts (taxi app) are very affordable at €5-7 per journey. Finally, it is very direct on the red metro line from the airport which was extremely convenient!

Cons:

Pool bar not well attended to, could maybe do with a bell down to the main bar or a QR code?

Gorgeous hotel to relax in luxury and also go enjoy the city.
Pros:

Loved the facilities on offer - it was good to have an outdoor pool and somewhere to relax. The breakfast was a real treat on a morning, we also enjoyed the gym facilities.

Cons:

We liked everything! Location could have been a little closer to the centre of Lisbon, but saying this, it's next to a Metro stop and we enjoyed a few walks into the city too
