abbiamo notato una alta professionalità in tutti i settori della struttura.
Pros:

cosa mi è piaciuto? tutto.
Stanza bellissima veduta dal terrazzo straordinaria, molto ampia materasso veramente confortevole tutto nuovo e ben curato.
posizione straordinaria vista lago ampio giardino prato inglese curatissimo con piscina esterna più due Iacuzzi sempre esterne.
Colazione e ristorante molto buona e raffinata.
Ottima accoglienza nella hall nonostante i tanti clienti, ci hanno fatto sentire veramente i benvenuti.
abbiamo notato una alta professionalità in tutti i settori della struttura.

Peccato non essere rimasti 2 o 3 giorni in più....
Pros:

Posizione panoramica e tranquilla, ma un po' scomoda da raggiungere . Hotel eccellente, confortevole, accogliente, ideale per il relax !
Personale molto gentile e attento! Camere grandi,funzionali, belle e nuove.

Cons:

La direttrice potrebbe essere un po' più empatica....
Gli appendini nei bagni sono attaccati con adesivo e si staccano con asciugamani doccia......

A quality boutique hotel in a relaxing location.
Pros:

Small hotel with good facilities. A quiet location two-thirds of the way down the hill with a great view of the lake and also back up to the castle on the top of the hill.
A very good restaurant, well priced.

Pros:

Camera molto spaziosa, pulita e ben arredata. Colazione a buffer molto ricca anche con opzioni senza glutine. Ottimo il servizio bar fino a tarda serata

Cons:

Spa molto piccola e temperatura dell’acqua della piccola piscina interna e della jacuzzi esterna troppo bassa per essere in inverno.

Pros:

Hele mooie locatie, prachtig hotel met mooi uitzicht over het meer. De wellness is voor ons perfect, vooral na de sauna in de jacuzzi buiten in dit koude weer is hemels. De kamer was mooi en netjes met koffiefaciliteiten. Een heel goed bed en een hele ruime goede douche maken voor ons de perfecte hotelkamer. Wij aten in het restaurant en dit is zeker ook een aanrader, heel gezellig met een geweldige bediening.

Emplacement, vue exceptionnelle, gentillesse de l'accueil et disponibilité du personnel, excellent rapport qualité/prix lors de notre passage (hors saison)

Cons:

Absence d'isolation phonique dans les chambres des pavillons: on entendait les conversations des chambres voisines comme si on y était...
L'entrée des voitures, où sur une courte distance les voitures entrant et sortant ne peuvent pas se croiser, obligeant l'une des 2 à une marche arrière

Pros:

The location and staff were great. The room was very spacious and had a beautiful view, and the bathroom products were excellent.

Cons:

We ate at the restaurant in the evening and the food was quite good, but the service felt very rushed. The waiter removed our plates before we had even finished chewing, which made the experience feel a bit uncomfortable.

Unfortunately, breakfast was not very good. The fruit was soggy and the bacon had a plasticky texture. I had to send back the eggs I ordered.

At the spa, the steam rooms were not working, which was disappointing as it was not mentioned uppon booking.

The room itself was lovely, but the cleanliness could definitely be improved. The walls and curtains had visible spots, which was not ideal. I was also surprised to see decorative throw pillows and a bed runner still being used, as they are not the most hygienic items. Additionally, we noticed ants in the room.

I was really hoping this would become our weekend getaway from Rome, but these issues unfortunately make it difficult to justify returning.

Pros:

Letto confortevole e camera molto bella con frigobar fornito a pagamento,selezione di the e caffè e bottiglia di acqua offerta. Bagno con doccia grande e finestra. La colazione è fornita di tutto dal dolce al salato,apprezzato i salumi e i formaggi di qualità e non i soliti commerciali. Pane caldo,uova strapazzate,sode,pancetta e fagioli. Una scelta a parte per alcuni piatti caldi. La struttura è elegante con una bella vista sul lago e sul castello. Spa compresa con la camera che per motivi personali non abbiamo usato. Da tornare sicuramente per una fuga relax. Nel menù in camera si trova un ottima scelta si massaggi.

Cons:

L'unico punto negativo è il vialetto di antrata e uscita,stretto e dissestato. Forse aggiungerei un tavolo in camera come appoggio.

Pros:

La camera era molto bella, letto comodo, bagno grande e la terrazza vista lago era molto suggestiva

Cons:

La spa è troppo piccola, e a peggiorare la situazione alcuni servizi (in particolare la maggior parte degli idromassaggi) non funzionava. Inoltre, il ristorante è pessimo nonostante sia molto costoso.
