The venue is looking very tired and needs remedial work shelf hanging off, toilet holders removed as broken, TV difficult to use limited channels non terrestrial basic channels, milk sugar no coffee. Bed uncomfortable and seen better days and front Flat door difficult to lock

Do not book this accommodation, the reviews on booking.com are extremely misleading! this property was awful, the property had a very weird smell , which we later discovered is likely to be the smell of weed or Marjuana according to other reviews which we seen after. The property was uncomfortably hot- no fan or aircon, room didn't look anything like the pictures, area was unsafe - lots of drunk people outside and very noisy. we decided to leave due to all these issues, the accommodation first tried to lie to booking.com that we didn't turn up and refused to issue a refund, then when we proved we did turn up as we had exhanged messages with someone about problems getting the keys plus when we left also we rang booking.com before leaving. The property then told lies about the security deposit first they claimed we smoked in the property , we are non smokers, the smell was of drugs which we didn't realise until later when seeing the other reviews on here. when booking.com disputed what the accommodation said they claimed they had refunded the deposit which again was a lie, eventually got the security deposit back from booking.com and not the property, as for refund of the booking had to go through paypal. do not book this place i suspect like many others its being used for drug purposes- could be dealing and the owners are crooks and con artists trying to extort money by keeping security deposits

Despite the initial appearance of it being a nice apartment it turned out to be awful.

I had no hot water for the entirety of my two day stay. I informed the manager but nothing was done.

The shower’s on/off control dripped throughout the whole time I was there.

The smoke alarm in the kitchen area had no cover and I couldn’t see a battery, so presumably was not working,

I can’t understand how this apartment has good reviews because it is absolutely disgusting. First of all please go on trip advisor and read the reviews on there because they are the truth. The customer service is diabolical.
It felt like a druggy hostel as soon as you walk in it stinks vile. The ‘jacuzzi’ bath, is pointless. The tv in the bathroom apparently Dosent work if you have an android and when we rang to ask apparently this is told in the description (no it isn’t). The tiles were cracked and when we mentioned this we basically got told we was lying. The worst silicone job I’ve ever seen as shown in the pictures. Then as we went around the apartment there was nothing ‘luxury’ about it at all. WiFi is rubbish so couldn’t watch anything decent on the tv. We had to pay a £100 deposit, however had to chase this every single day and basically harass them to get it back. They also beg you to leave a positive review and offer 50% discount if you return. We wouldn’t ever return.

When we arrived the place stunk of cannabis, the touch screen tv in the bathroom that was advertised did not work the jacuzzi we was promised was just a bath tub with very low powered jets. There were wires hanging out the walls and overall just a very low standard place.
They also refused to give us our security deposit because we had apparently been smoking and me and my partner DO NOT smoke and when you try contact them they end the phone and further ignore the future phone calls. We took pictures of the accommodation when we left and of the wires hanging out the walls.
Absolutely disgusting. We have contacted booking.com and twice they have refused any REFUND

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE read reviews before booking, too many all saying the same thing. This business is a scam and I would never leave a bad review but people need to be warned as they are profiting from being dishonest.
You will be asked to pay a security deposit in which you receive no receipt of this.
You will ask for it back after check out and be told its processing. When you follow up numerous times you are told its on the way. It never comes and when you publicly review you are told its not coming due to smell of smoke in the room. I don't smoke!!! This is common in the reviews this is their excuse holding your hard earn 100 pounds.
There is zero communication and what makes mw laugh is they offer you it back if you remove reviews.
This business should be ashamed of their dishonest actions and the lack of ability to solve any issues in a timely manner. As I've told them they will get no luck for this!
One word SCAM

Absolutely appalling conditions - no towels, no toilet paper, heating on full blast when i arrived.... I even received a call from someone from Manhattan Luxury Suites, demanding I pay a £100 deposit into his account, which my bank has since flagged up as spam. The actual apartment is in bad condition, unlike the lovely pictures on the hotels.com website. DO NOT STAY HERE!

Disgusting place nothing luxurious about it smelt so bad as you walk in nothing worked seemed like a place where druggys hangout - DO NOT BOOK AVOID shocking customer service skills too - you will just be disappointed and wish you never wasted your money here

Shocking apartment! Where do I start? Tv in the bedroom would not connect to the WiFi, awful smell and useless staff. After numerous call’s back and forth with a member of staff, being robbed of and even told to go buy some data from the shop! Absolute joke. The WiFi would not connect to the tv.

A legitimate scam. The place had no hot water, no jacuzzi tub (as advertised), and they refused to give back my £100 deposit due to "smoking on the premise" - I don't smoke, have never smoked, and cannot even be around smoke for medical reasons.

The location was great I suppose. But be very aware.

Beautiful apartment.

The apartment is as you would expect for the price, plenty of space comfy sofas to relax, however lacks quality and comfort. Bed could do with being foam rather then spring. Easy checking in and out procedure, however could do with abit more of a homely touch felt too much like a HMO. If you face onto the back of the street there is a karaoke night which runs up to 1amishhh which is out of the owners control.

I am really not sure why you charge £100 for a damaged deposit when the room is already damaged. Marks on the walls, out of use lights, broken wardrobe, cupboards that don’t shut properly, no coffee as show on the images, mould in the bath, loose wiring and damp on the roof. Smoke alarm removed from the roof???? Please see the attachment for the images.

I also do not understand why you have quite hours as our room was next to a pub that played loud music till 4am. So paying customers are supposed to be quiet when they can’t even sleep because of the noise?

When we finally did get to sleep, we were rudely awoken by an intruder, screaming and banging on the apartment doors. Making me feel extremely unsafe as this is supposed to be a secure building. On his departure he set off the fire alarm. After 10 minutes of it going off I called the same unhappy man who said he’d sort it. This alarm went on till 9am, until I had to be sent instructions on how to turn it off.

the stay was really not good very noisey bathroom smelled dirty covers duver bed was smelly and i just kept itching wont recomend it

Really nice place. We enjoyed our stay as it is the middle of the city center and everything is on your door.

It was a romantic stay for us and the management did a great job in decorating it.

In terms of value, we think this place offer the best value given what they charge and they offered us discount for our next stay

Fantastic and Beautiful place to stay. The hotel and management are both nice. I was a bit nervous when i read the previous reviews but I was blown away with the customer service and decoration.
It is very central and you dont need to go anywhere to enjoy the nightlife or shopping.
