Exceptional hotel
Pros:

Very clean compared to most hotels in vietnam.

Cons:

No window in the room. But we were advised about that pre-booking. It wasn't a big deal.

Pros:

The attention and dedication of their staff. Thanks to Rose who went above and beyond to help sort out my transportation to my next destination. And also big thanks to Christine and Xen.
The location is also amazing - one minute walk from the famous train street and easy walking distance to the palace and museums, as well as the markets.
My room was spacious, massive bed and very comfortable.
