Un hotel més apte per famílies que per parelles
Pros:

El que més m'ha agradat ha estat el fet que era un lloc privilegiat en la natura i que hi havia un molt bon servei d'onsen privat, amb diverses sales privades per banyar-te. L'habitació també estava molt bé i amb molt bon servei

Cons:

Primer de tot nosaltres no ens esperàvem que fos un hotel tan preparat per famílies i això si que no va tant amb l'hotel com amb nosaltres, que no estavem en aquest mood.
Per altra banda, el check-in i el check out es fa a través de pantalles que més que facilitar l'entrada, l'acaben ralentint. Molt més fàcil amb una persona humana, ja que al final, en el nostre check-out vam haver de recórrer a ella per acabar de completar-ho.
Per últim, l'esmorzar hauríem agraït una mica més de varietat en les opcions de western breakfast.

また行ってみたい！知人や家族にもお勧めします。
Pros:

チェックイン時のドアマン（タイの方）の対応がとても暖かく良い印象を受けて、このホテルはいい感じだと思いました。その他、他のスタッフの方々皆さんにとても良い対応をして頂きました。大浴場、食事も大満足でした。

Cons:

特にはありませんが、車で行きましたがホテルの入り口が分かりにくて少し迷いましたが、次は大丈夫です。

Pros:

部屋は清潔で気持ちよく過ごせた。ブッフェの料理も美味しかった。スタッフの対応も良かった。中庭が広くていい。桜の季節ならとても綺麗かも。

Cons:

土産物屋がないので、こまった。わざわざ道路挟んで向かいのユネッサンに行かないといけない。チェックインがピッタリ15時からしかできない。前もって整理券をとらないといけないことをしらなかったので、だいぶ待たされた。

Aulatilat siistit ja onsen kylpylä erinomainen hyvillä näkymillä. Helppo liikkua Hakonessa, kun sijainti bussireitin varrella. Huone siisti ja sopivan kokoinen verraten Japanin moneen huoneeseen.

Cons:

Lapsiperheiden suosiossa joten hulinaa riittää erityisesti viikinloppuisin, tuli näin pariskuntana yllätyksenä. Buffet tyylinen ravintola oli yhtä kaaosta niin aamupalalla kuin illallisellakin. Ehdotuksena pidentäkää ruokailuaikaa jotta täynnä olleen hotellin asiakasmäärä jakautuisi pidemmälle jaksolle.

Muito aquém das minhas expectativas.

De verdade não gostei de nada.

Quarto pequeno
Café da manhã e jantar estilo bandejão, nos que ficamos no segundo horário já encontrávamos a comida já remexida.
Acho que não é um hotel 4 estrelas, no máximo 3 estrelas.
