저녁 식사 비용을 하프보드로 1인당 6000엔을 내고 식사했습니다. 비용 대비하여 매우 별로였어요. 스테이크로 3-4점식 나오는 소고기는 너무 질기고 전반적으로 안좋았습니다. 몇년전에 료칸에서 숙박하며 모리노유 온천하며 저와 하프보드를 같이 드셨던 부모님이 ”이전보다 저녁 식사가 차이가 많이 난다“는 의견을 주셨어요. 다음에 가도 저녁 식사는 외부에서 할거 같아요. 오히려 디너보다는 조식이 좋습니다..

Breakfast was Japanese style. We would have loved to have some western options or just plain bread, boiled eggs.
The rooms were clean, that was about all. I don't have much to report that we enjoyed, overall it was a very frustrating and unsatisfying experience. It was misleading with the use of the 'baths.' These are not outdoor hot springs that you can enjoy at your leisure. It's a very tiny, spa-sized bath, that you will share with a ton of people and kids. The private bath, if you want to pay for it, was very nice. That is the only thing I would recommend about this accommodation.
A very disappointing experience overall. Had to wait 60+ minutes for breakfast. The baths are only for those willing to share public spaces with others that are fully undressed, despite the website claiming otherwise. Check-in was at 3pm however that is when all the facilities close! And they don't reopen until 10am the following day, after checkout! Come on! The location is meh given there is no easy way to get there from the train. The room is tiny, which is ok, but they don't provide additional linens for use of the pools or baths. Free shuttle never showed up from the tram. We will not return.

We booked a room without a doublebed on accident and it was very hassle free to change the room and the staff was very welcoming!
Some Dusty areas in the room but the rest was VERY clean
