It was a good stay

Cons:

Staff was trying to be helpful, but they are not trained to do so. They couldn't answer the basics questions about how to get to the.major tourist attractions. They didn't even know the English names of their own hotel facilities.

Pros:

清潔感があり館内も部屋も綺麗でした。スタッフも丁寧親切で、バイキングも種類が豊富で美味しかった。緑にか困れたロケーションも最高だし、温泉も気持ちよかったです。部屋も館内も必要最低限に整理されていて、ゆっくりするには最高でしたまた。伺います。

Cons:

ちょっと気になった点は、雨（台風）でしたが部屋の窓が開いていて、ベットや枕がしっとりと濡れていました。換気のためだと思いますが、雨の日は窓を閉めてもいいのかなと思いました。

又泊まりに行きたいです！
Pros:

スタッフは皆親切でホテル内も綺麗でした。外のお庭も素敵でした。大浴場も露天風呂も満喫しました。

Cons:

夕食のビュッフェはイマイチでした。でも子供連れだったので各自好きなものを選んで食べれたので子供達には良かったです。

I am writing to express my deep disappointment regarding my dinner buffet experience on 19 June 2026.
My buffet time was scheduled for 20:00. However, when I entered the restaurant and sat down, I was shocked to find that almost all the food was gone. There were only small amounts of tempura, beef, and sushi left. No food was refilled at all. The restaurant only offered extra food for an additional fee.
Since there were no other restaurants near the hotel, I had no choice but to stay, which left me extremely frustrated and disappointed.
As a paying guest, I expect a proper dinner buffet. I look forward to your reply and a fair solution to this matter.

Pros:

This is exactly what you want from a resort hotel - it has a fabulous onsen, buffet restaurant for dinner and breakfast, plus a swimming pool. It feels polished and upmarket.

Pros:

נראה שהמלון עבר שיפוץ בשנים האחרונות, החדרים מאוד נוחים, מודרניים ונקיים. האונסן טוב מאוד והגנים של המלון יפים. יש גם גישה חופשית לפארק המים ״יונסן״ שממול שהיה פלוס נחמד לשהות.
יש תחנות אוטובוס ממש בכניסה למלון אז היה לנו נוח יחסית להתנייד גם למסלול המעגלי וגם בהגעה והעזיבה להאקונה.

ארוחת הבוקר והערב היו על הפנים, היה מגוון אבל האוכל לא היה איכותי מספיק וגם לא מילאו את הבופה בזמן והיה צריך לחכות שיביאו עוד אוכל, מזל שיש פאמלי מארט צמוד.
במלון היו הרבה משפחות אז ייתכן שיהיה קצת רועש.

施設がとても綺麗で、景色も良く、ホタル見学などのアクティビティも豊富で楽しかったです！併設のバーの品揃えも良くて、のんびり滞在して楽しめます。

Cons:

併設のユネッサン含め、子供連れのファミリー層が非常に多いので、ご飯会場にせよお風呂にせよ、子供たちがワイワイしています。なので、ワイワイした雰囲気が苦手な人にとっては気になるかもしれません。
