Pros:

Property is excellent but service is horrible, my one night stay having booked three tents was disaster. Won’t recommend.

Great customer service . Need to improve a lot in propety

Breakfast was so good and customer service

Cons:

Owner friends make noise whole night and we couldn’t able to sleep until 2.00AM
In Morning no power for 2 hours so couldn’t take shower early. Water pressures is very low.
No compensation offered after telling whole story only apology.

okayish stay and should have better hospitality.
Pros:

Tent was perfect with lavishly done inside

Cons:

Restaurant staff need to be par as per hospitality standard they are charging for the tents.
They are charging something similar to Marriott, indian hotels and IHG group but their hospitality is not of that standard. water pressure was very less in bath area. Lizard was there in the curtain

It was the amazing of experiences, from the arrival celebration to the food and staff and rooms, one of the coolest experiences ever. Felt incredibly safe and attended to.

This is a fantastic property, This is a newly build property with all modern facilities.
The best part of the Hotel is the team over there, they all are superb.

Once you Visit Love to Come Again & Again!!!
Pros:

Superb service pick up from airport, traditional wellcome on arrival, Friendly Staff, Luxury tents with all modern amenities, Comfortable beds with nice interiors, specially evening hi-tea with folk dance of Rajasthan. Not to forget the Names Ms Ahana and Renuka the way they explained about property and what to do near by make our visit memorable.All the food serve us delicious specially chesse broccoli in snacks.

Will definitely recommend this property to all and love to visit again
