EL HOTEL SE ENCUENTRA EN UNA EXCELENTE UBICACIÓN, MUY CERCA A TODO LADO Y TB DE FACIL ACCESO A TRANSPORTE PÚBLICO PARA PODER IR A CONOCER OTRAS ZONAS. EL DESAYUNO TIENE TODO LO QUE TIENE QUE TNER, LO CUAL FUE MUY SATISFACTORIO. EL PERSONAL DE RECEPCIÓN FUERON MUY GENTILES Y AMABLES.

Cons:

LA EPOCA QUE FUEMOS FUE EN VERANO LO CUAL HACIA QUE LAS HABITACIONES SEAN BASTANTE CALUROSAS, PERO TODO FUE MUY SOBRELLEVABLE GRACIAS AL VENTILADOR QUE NOS DIERON. SERIA UN PUNTO A FAVOR QUE COLOGUEN AIRE ACONDICIONADO EN LAS HABITACIONES, SOLO ESA RECOMENDACION.

Pros:

Es céntrico y la habitación cumple. El desayuno exquisito y el personal muy amable!

Cons:

Hay mucho ruido desde la calle y desde el interior del mismo hotel, no controlan el ruido en lugares comunes, lamentablemente me tocó un dia con mucha bulla hasta las 12 de la noche incluso. Uno viene a descansar.

No me dieron shampoo (no tenían pero tampoco repusieron los siguientes días)

La ubicación es excelente, en pleno centro y cerca de locales comerciales y centro histórico de Antofagasta.

Cons:

Es muy ruidoso durante las mañanas, el primer día necesitaba descansar posterior a varios días de viaje pero no fue posible, al hacer aseo golpean el piso, paredes, había música muy fuerte ambiental y mala acústica entre habitaciones.
Si bien me entregaron un folleto turístico al ingresar , cuando preguntaba sobre atractivos y cómo llegar no tenían información.
