Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal.
Gesamtes Haus sehr sauber.

Cons:

LED Strahler beleuchten die Fassade die ganze Nacht mit violettem Licht. Auch ins Zimmer, daher nur mit geschlossenen Rolläden zu schlafen. Klimaanlage hat nicht funktioniert, kein Mosquitogitter vor dem Fenster.
Barmusik war deutlich hörbar, lief die ganze Nacht durch :(

Pros:

Man konnte den Pool abends wegen einer Hochzeit nicht benutzen; deswegen wurde uns auch der Fahrstuhl nicht angeboten (Koffer die Treppe rauf!). Nachts bis 02.00h laute Musik von der Hohzeitsgesellschaft.
Frühstück mau und einiges nur auf Anfrage, spartanisch!!!

Schöne Anlage und schöne Zimmer

Cons:

Wir wurden als Gäste ignoriert. Wir waren alleine in der Anlage, kein Service keine Getränke, weder am Nachmittag, noch am Abend.
Erst beim Frühstück hat man uns einen Kaffee angeboten.

Pros:

Bardzo polecam!!! Super miejsce przed powrotem do Polski. Byliśmy w tygodniu praktycznie sami - komfort i cisza na basenie - super warunki, żeby odpocząć. Dobra lokalizacja blisko Udine i przy centrach handlowych - idealnie by zrobić ostatnie zakupy.
