Très bien situé, personnel agréable

Clean, modern and comfortable but is basic accommodation with a number of failings: poor shower, rooms are lit up by corridor lighting at night so impedes sleep, there are no room facilities (cups, coffee, etc) and internal floors can be very slippy under foot after rainfall (but expect rains!). Staff are friendly and polite which helps on any stay.

Palm Beach Resort is quite charming,room nice with pool view when open eyes in the morning.Stuff friendly,Would like specially to thank lady Trizah on reception.very professional lady.Always showing full support.Advice to owner keep Miss Trizah by all means,it is hard to find professional like her.Been in many resorts due years in Nyali,Bamburi,Watamu,Diani but Palm Beach Resort will always have special place n my heart,

The hotel property is clean but a bit old, it could do with renovations. Staff are very friendly and willing to help. Restaurant food options are ok, and breakfast was good but with limited options. The swimming pool is clean. The hotel is very good value for money.

Excellent accommodation clean and close to beach. Rooms are large and overlook the swimming pool. They offer various room rates with breakfast or room only. Staff very friendly . Rooms are cleaned everyday i would definitely recommend this hotel

The room was spacious and cool. However, the pillows and bed were hard. Bedsheets and towels were changed every day. I had an issue with my shower, but this was resolved very quickly when mentioned at reception. The place was immaculately clean, and ALL the staff worked extremely hard to keep it this way. A special shout out for Ranjab the trainee waiter at breakfast service. He tried his best and was always smiling and happy to help.
Also, Junior, one of the evening waiters, his cheerful, smiling face, was always a pleasure, and he's generally chatty banter was fun.
What this place lacks in amenities it makes up for with a wonderful staff team.
The use of the beach at the Jacaranda hotel is a bonus as it's really beautiful and relaxing.

TV didn't work. bad WiFi. Air condition slow

Oubliez cela !! La mer loin et accessible par petit chemin tres sale et dangereux, tres pollué partout sur les bords de chemins et routes.
Nairobi plus propre.
Coté Mombassa, plus sale partout et tres musulmans... tres strict partout ... tout le contraire de Nairobi.

Only thing that was good is roomcleaning. Rest of Staff was very junior. Many technical issues with elevators and lights. The last night, I sufferd from food poissening. All reception said was: sorry.

Average, small hotel; the pool's deep end was 1.5 meters. The rooms were spacious and had AC, but not all. The TV didn't work in some rooms, Wi-Fi connection was also lacking. The restaurant's food was pretty mid, not authentic coastal cuisine, I visited other restaurants outside the hotel. The distance to the beach is a bit of a walk, and it can be noisy if you get a room close to the road. However for the price at the time, it was pretty fair I guess, but if you can pay a bit more you can get better hotels in a 500m radius.

The waiting staff in the restaurant paid minimum attention to guests.

The place what they advertise is different from the reality at the hotel. The room was smelly from the drainage from the bathroom, no warm water, the breakfast was horrible with no variety and the restaurant serve low standards food different from what is provided in the menu.

•Pool is accessible at any time and there is a guide to help when need be
•Only issue we had was the internet not connecting quite well hopefully they'll check on that
• Generally a good place to stay in Diani. Would highly recommend

The service was amazing 🤩 from the staffs, and very friendly
They advised me to take a bigger room and offerred me an option and upsold me to a villa which we enjoyed so much with my family and so we are planning to come back in November

Close to the beach

Had seen this place from the outside and thought would be great to bring my family for lunch. Menu looked impressive and thought we were in for a treat. Well, after waiting for about an hour the meals finally came out though not completely, one was missing. The portions size was extremely small, also not as described on the menu. Chicken burger was to be breadcrumbed but wasn't, the tiny fish was bland no seasoning, tarter sauce missing. My masala chips craving continues, cause what was served wasn't masala chips. After waiting about 10 minutes I called the waitress to inquire about the missing meal, I told if not prepared please just cancel, but to my surprise she went to the chef window and the meal was there just getting cold. No one thought to ask why a meal was there, even the chef who was right next to it. Shocking.

My observation is the chef isn't dedicated to his work, it comes through in what he cooks. No heart guess it just a job. Very sad for such a place. The staff seem unsupervised and lacking motivation.

Overall can't recommend. Lots can be improved starting in the kitchen.

We had a long term stay there and the manager was amaizing the staffs had amaizing service and its just a under two minute walk to the beach and Also they organised trip we had an amaizing time there greeting from Suzan and øyvind
