Gret hotel very bad service
Pros:

Location is amazing, free parking. Very nice rooftop pool.

Cons:

Would have given 10 but due to maintenance and service non stop issues the score is 5.
The room looks good but we had continuance issues with the toilet and no warm water. We were 4 people and for 7 days received only 2 every day, every day need to make a call and wait. The staff and the manager Javier R didn’t care

Hôtel confortable

Cons:

40 minutes d'attente au check in à cause d'un groupe à enregistrer. Une seule personne à l'accueil, ses collègues ne sont pas venus l'aider. Pas un mot d'excuse ni rien... On est très, très loin de la qualité Marriott.

Rooftop poderia ter mais opções , sorvete para as crianças e outros pedidos além de bebida alcoólica

Volveríamos 100%! Inmejorable!
Pros:

Nos encantó realmente todo, las habitación son nuevas y súper limpias. La piscina estaba increíble y la ubicación inmejorable, con un supermercado enorme debajo y la quinta avenida a un paso.

Hotel muy limpio, cómodo y cercano a la 5 avenida

Cons:

El espacio de armario que había en la habitación era muy poco, éramos 4 en la habitación y faltaba espacio. Y el agua de la ducha caía muy flojo.

Pros:

Rooftop avec piscine à débordement
Proximité des commodités : restaurants, supermarché et banque + quinta avenida
Enceinte Marshall de très bonne facture + steamer à dispo

Cons:

Le manque d’intimité dans la partie salle de bain (chambre pour 4 sans porte entre l’espace eau)
Eau tiède jamais assez chaude

Excelente ubicación y buena atención de su personal
Pros:

Nos encantó la ubicación, a unos pasos de la quinta avenida y cerca de varios restaurantes. Las habitaciones son muy confortables, tiene un rooftop en el 4 piso que se ve lindo, lamentablemente no lo pudimos disfrutar porque estuvo cerrado viernes y sábado por eventos privados.

Cons:

Que hacen eventos privados los fines de semana en el rooftop y se escucha mucho ruido hasta las 2:00 a.m. La gerencia envió un comunicado que se disculpaba por el ruido del evento, pero considero que deben priorizar la comodidad del huesped.
