Amazing value for money, modern clean hotel in a fantastic location
Pros:

מלון נקי, מרווח ונעים, חדר מודרני, הרבה מרחבים משותפים מאוד נעימים ומזמינים. ארוחת בוקר סבירה ומגוונת. גג מדהים. מיקום מושלם - מרחק הליכה ממרכז העיר ומהחוף אבל מספיק רחוק בשביל שלא יהיה רעש בכלל, הרבה מסעדות באזור

למי שזה חשוב - הגישה למדרגות במלון עם כרטיס בלבד, אז בעייתי לשומרי שבת.

Cons:

Ducha fija en el techo sin posibilidad de agarrarla. Claramente diseñada por un hombre con pelo corto. Además, la temperatura de la ducha era templada y no calentaba más.

El último día volvimos de un curso de buceo a las 13:30 y avisamos de ello, pero hicimos el check out a las 8 de la mañana porque era hasta las 12. Comentamos en recepción la posible ducharnos en la habitación (es un hotel con muchas habitaciones y los días que estuvimos alojado, a veces no nos hicieron la habitación hasta por la tarde), pero cuando llegamos solo nos dieron la posibilidad de ducharnos en la ducha de la piscina. Por supuesto no es obligatorio que el hotel lo haga, pero en hotels de esta categoría y en destinos de buceo, nunca me ha pasado que no me dejen al menos, una habitación de cortesía para una ducha en condiciones (con jabón y champú y no en la ducha de la piscina en dónde solo pudimos quitarnos la sal).

Magique et super bien situé
Pros:

Très bel hôtel, mon favori à Playa del Carmen, la piscine et la vue sur le toit sont vraiment superbes! Super bien situé à un coin de rue de la 5e ave et près de la fabuleuse 38e ave!!

Cons:

La construction d'un building à côté, simplement demander une chambre du côté opposé

אהבנו הכל!! פעם שנייה בטיול שחזרנו לשם. מקום מאובטח ומרגיש בטוח צריך צמידים על היד כדי להיכנס, ממש באזור מרכזי ליד השדרה הכל מרחק הליכה, שירות טוב, יש בריכות למעלה ומקומות שיזוף/לשבת, חדר אוכל שבבוקר אחלה ארוחה ובמהלך היום הופך למסעדה במידה ואתם רעבים, יש חנייה שאנחנו לא משלמים עליה!!, חדר יפה, אנשים נעימים וניקיון יומ-יומי.

Cons:

המים לא היו חמים, אבל גם לא קרים.. פשוט נעימים/קרירים ולא יותר מזה- בהתאם לתמורה בדברים אחרים שקיבלנו זה היה בסדר גמור, חזרנו לשם גם פעם שניה כי הכל שם פשוט טוב.

Hôtel moderne et propre. Les piscines en rooftop fait le boulot même si elle ne sont pas énormes (il y en 2). Un bar est disponible, ce qui est plaisant.
Un parking disponible pour se garer est un réel plus si vous avez loué une voiture.
L'emplacement est idéal, avec même un supermarché à son pied et un chachalacos.

Cons:

Un peu de marche pour arriver jusqu'au boîte de nuit, c'est tout ( un bon 20 min).
J'y reviendrai avec plaisir.
Ah , et petit déjeuner un peu léger, je trouve. Peut mieux faire.

Lovely staff, great value & unforgettable experience overall thanks to the Aloft team!
Pros:

I will share a full in-depth review as this was my first time staying in Mexico, and Playa Del Carmen. The staff who initially served us set the tone for our 10-day stay...special recognition to Ronni!

Prior to arriving, we contacted the hotel on the booking site and through email to request if we could have an early check in upon arrival, to which the hotel did mention in their email response that accommodations would be subject to availability. When we arrived at the hotel we were greeted by Ronni who was very pleasant to speak to; and despite him bringing up that he didn't speak the best English (which isn't required as I truly should've prepared more myself and learned core Spanish ahah), he was quite kind and thorough within ensuring we had all that we needed for us to enjoy our time prior to checking into our rooms.

We were not able to check into our rooms right away, so Ronni assisted us by offering to securely label & lock our luggage away near front desk, and also kindly escorted us to access to the hotel roof/pool area(s) to rest and lounge while we waited for our rooms.

The rooms themselves were spacious and well suited for the 4 guests in our party (2 queen beds). Room design was lovely equipped with a Marshell speaker (which we didn't use but honestly was so clutch to have onsite), as well as a good sized lounging couch piece which we used to rest our luggage open for the trip.

The hotel rooftop space was one of the best highlight of the trip as we spent a good bit of our days enjoying what the space offered: two large pools with surrounded by plenty of lounging chairs and beds, a rooftop bar, in addition to cleverly placed conversation pits nested inside the primary pool's edge (a great spot to sit with friends in the day or during their evening parties which they offer Saturdays & specific holidays/events).

Another highlight for this hotel was its proximity to the nearest supermarket....

Cons:

One item I'd say is that our hotel bathroom's door was not properly functionally through our stay.

We did receive quick assistance by front desk within them calling someone to come fix it (which was good to have), however the results didn't last to long after as it malfunctioned again leaving us unable to properly allow the door to slide fully close. Overall still a good stay
