So many positives
Pros:

Excellent location and beautiful and comfortable large rooms!

Cons:

Students working at front weren’t very friendly and no breakfast. Also, room rate went up the closer to our stay.

Pros:

Location is great. My only issue is that the shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel dispensers were low & needed to be refilled. Also, I called the hotel 3 times on my check in date and couldn’t get through to the front desk. But I’ll definitely stay there again. Very nice hotel.

Close and convenient
Pros:

I’ve had the opportunity at the Highlander several times over the last three years while my daughter has gone school there and I always enjoy my experience. When I got in my room, it looked like it needed to be dusted and vacuumed which I asked the front desk gal for. It was done very quickly. Other than that, it was a great stay as usual.

Great spot - needs work.
Pros:

Beautiful rooms in a great location.

Cons:

They need to pump white noise in or something….we could hear every little thing. The bed pillows are very uncomfortable and the duvet very heavy. A light from a fire alarm flashed brightly all night.
