Nice place, not so nice amenities.
Pros:

Staff and surroundings were nice. Room was nice.

Cons:

Full sized fridge with kitchenette, but no utensils or anything for the use of said kitchen. No ice available, no answer when trying to call front desk in the morning before or after 8. No coffee maker in room. No tissues, no paper towels. Lock issues on some room doors, have to be let in. Apparently been an issue for weeks.

Pros:

I can't say anything that I liked about the place because I had a room there and was not even able to enjoy it

Cons:

I was told my key wouldn't work and had to have someone from the office with the master key let me in my room and whenever I came to my room I was unable to get inside my room

The ridiculous amount of trash overflowing the dumpster and the surrounding area. The fact that its more like a housing unit than a hotel.

Cons:

The bed was a frame with a mattress. Didn't make for a restful sleep. We were 2 adults with only 1 hand towel and one bath towel. No wash cloth. I used my own towel. The lobby was dirty and the floors needed to be moped especially by the elevator they were sticky. Seems like lots of active going on inside as well as outside. It's a shame because its not old. Check out was closed. We were told to place the key under the desk cover 9:30 am. Location is great off the frwy. That's it.

Worst experience ever, avoid staying in this hotel.
Pros:

Nothing everything about this property was a nightmare. Worst experience staying in hotel in over 15 years.

Cons:

Staff is rude, worst customer service. They will close down reception desk just to avoid helping guest at the property. Couldn’t get fresh towels but the worst they wouldn’t provide toilet paper, when asked if we could get a roll they said they couldn’t provide us with one.

The location

Cons:

I was here prior and the kitchenette came with dishes/pot n pans. This time around I was told to purchase dishes but unfortunately none were available to buy. Who is walking along carrying dishes with them? I found have paid an extra 30 bucks and went to The Residence Inn. Even The Extended Stay offers dishes.

Cons:

I've been coming to this Hotel for a few months it started out nice and clean, then as I kept returning it got worse and worse as far as they never have clean towels, I only received 2 sets of towels for my 6 day stay, unacceptable. They need to clean the rooms more better, it was really dirty under the bed, the kitchen area wasn't cleaned good enough.

Woke up bitten. Phones didn’t work. Dirty feminine products in bathroom upon check in.

Cons:

Dirty feminine products in the bathroom. Phone at entrance to call front desk to check in after hours didn’t work. Phone in my room didn’t work not even to call 911 for an emergency. I spoke with the receptionist on check out all they said was ok to the phones not working. I had bug bites on my body after my stay and so did my spouse.
