WoodSpring Suites Bellflower - Los Angeles

Part 2 - 9/11/26 - I called the front desk about the towels again. I was asked to bring the dirty towels to front to get new towels even though i stated i just had surgery. So i marched down and they gave me 3 towels no wash cloth. Dirty bed sheets still in the hallway when i left. I know that not every room was rented, they could have spared 2 extra pillows.

Part 1 - 9/9-9/10 - My stay was 9/9 - 9/11/26. To start off the Coroner van was there. I came to stay near the hospital (post surgery). There was a fishy smell in the hallway across my room from bedsheetsthat were there for the durationof my stay and more. The AC/blinds were dirty. The room had a smell that I had to go buy febreze. The pillows were kid size. It was 3 of us we only got towels for 2. There were a lot of shady people there. I asked for room service and was told they only do it after 14 days because they are a long stay hotel hence the shady people. I asked for extra towels and pillows, was told I'd get them but never got them. They have free coffee no cups. If someone had come I could have gotten toilet paper but we ran out of it. People yelling in the halls.

I surely didn't get rest.

We stayed here as a last minute reservation before traveling with pets. They accommodated our pets without question but failed to provide accommodations with the room amenities. We literally had to wait 30 minutes to get a shower curtain and towels that didn’t come with the room. The rooms are stocked bone dry. You need to bring your own toiletries to take a shower and/or wash your hands unless you don’t mind waiting a long time for the staff to provide them. Ridiculous…

Rooms were dirty, had roaches, no iron or ironing board, not enough towels, the halls smelled like animal urine and marijuana, had vicious dogs on elevator, no ice machine, people hung around outside all hours of the night, did not feel safe at all,

The beds were the worst I've ever slept in

No dishes in the kitchen, couldn't cook, no luggage cart, front desk was ghetto

The phone didn't make calls and staff where no help acted as if they didn't care

When we got there at 4pm. There was 3 other people waiting to be checked in and not one of them had been attended to. There was no one at the front desk. After about an hour and a half someone came down and finally spoke to us and was able to check us on. On the way to our room there was a smell that was just off and not pleasant. Our room was alright but as soon as I laid on the bed it fell apart. I’m male 6ft 200 and the bed just gave up on me and my girlfriend.
