Worst experience ever, avoid staying in this hotel.
Pros:

Nothing everything about this property was a nightmare. Worst experience staying in hotel in over 15 years.

Cons:

Staff is rude, worst customer service. They will close down reception desk just to avoid helping guest at the property. Couldn’t get fresh towels but the worst they wouldn’t provide toilet paper, when asked if we could get a roll they said they couldn’t provide us with one.

I was here prior and the kitchenette came with dishes/pot n pans. This time around I was told to purchase dishes but unfortunately none were available to buy. Who is walking along carrying dishes with them? I found have paid an extra 30 bucks and went to The Residence Inn. Even The Extended Stay offers dishes.

I've been coming to this Hotel for a few months it started out nice and clean, then as I kept returning it got worse and worse as far as they never have clean towels, I only received 2 sets of towels for my 6 day stay, unacceptable. They need to clean the rooms more better, it was really dirty under the bed, the kitchen area wasn't cleaned good enough.

Woke up bitten. Phones didn’t work. Dirty feminine products in bathroom upon check in.

Dirty feminine products in the bathroom. Phone at entrance to call front desk to check in after hours didn’t work. Phone in my room didn’t work not even to call 911 for an emergency. I spoke with the receptionist on check out all they said was ok to the phones not working. I had bug bites on my body after my stay and so did my spouse.

The stay was not bad , just didn’t feel safe or secure.
Pros:

the property location is great, appliance in unit were clean and new

Cons:

unit walls were dirty, bed and linens could be a better quality ,hallway carpet needs to be shampooed ,elevator needs a deodorizer, they should have 24 hour front desk.

Cons:

I booked through booking.com and looked for the closest hotel to my husband's company Christmas party based on quality and price. This hotel is used for homeless voucher guest and had people moving in the entire time we were there, they came in and out with garbage bags for suite cases and the front office was very trashy. they offered no soaps or shampoos in the rooms. The bed was horrible, very uncomfortable and squeaky.

Staff is rude and racist and uses the police intimidate POC. Property is very filthy inside . They have no towels . And charge you for cooking utensils
