Never staying again I have been traumatized
Pros:

The room was nasty, I had to clean before even sitting down. It was roaches and bed bugs and linen was dirty, they don’t offer toilet paper had to purchase my own, it was just and overall bad experience.

There were roaches in the room so we left. They gave a refund for what was left. The staff was great and accommodating. It was great outside of the roaches in the room.

There is definitely a roach problem someone has been writing false reviews.very dirty. Multiple shootings in the area. The road is pretty much inaccessible by foot. The staff in inconsiderate and dishonest.should avoid this area at all costs guests and staff also both hit on the walls

Pros:

The Landscape would be an asset to the property if it was completed and if New Paint for the Outside doors. Also the pavement and sidewalks needs TLC IMMEDIATELY. Inside Rooms need new flooring paint and countertops for the kitchen also the bathroom gets extremely hot in the summer while taking a shower. Everyone stays to them self and No one bothers anyone.

No hot water. Dirty. Clogged toilet and front office said don’t have plunger or plumber. No fresh towers. Stayed a week with filth and assistance. No iron. Ridiculous

Very rude staff. I arrived at 6:58pm (front desk check in closes at 7), and they canceled my entire stay so I had to find a hotel and I’m so glad they canceled me because I heard that it’s disgusting in these rooms. Completely catfishing the photos .
