매우 좋지만 몇가지 개선해주심 좋을것 같아요~!
Pros:

전반적으로 시설도 좋고 룸컨디션도 좋고 깨끗하고 산속에 있어서 힐링하는 느낌이나요!!! 새해라 그런지 웰컴과일과 와인도 있어서 대접받는 기분도 났어요. 나무욕조에서 아이들과 목욕했는데 아이들이 굉장히 좋아했어요~! 무엇보다 직원들도 친절합니다. 다음에 또 가고싶어요~!

Cons:

그래도 몇가지 아쉬운점은 있어요.. 리조트 전체가 금연이 아니여서 바깥에서 담배피우시는 분들이 많아서 불편했습니다. 좋은공기 쐬러간건데 담배연기라니...
그리고 식당은 하나밖에 없는데 외국인들 위해 개선이 필요합니다. 매우 강한 향신료가 호불호 있을것 같아요..식당음식이 저희한테는 그냥 그랬습니다~ 가격이 싸지도 않아요.. 그리고 실내수영장이라 선택한거였는데 12월 추울때갔는데 아이들이 놀기에는 물이 차가웠어요 그래서 수영은 못했습니다~! 그리고 사진보다는 비교적 작은크기의 리조트여서 산책로는 따로 없으니 참고하셔요 그럼에도 불구하고 하노이에서 하루정도 바비산 여행하기에는 굉장히 좋은 숙소입니다!!

Nice resort but the restaurant is lacking
Pros:

Charming and cozy resort.
Friendly staff.

Cons:

Most dishes at the restaurant aren’t good and too expensive.
Some guests were quite loud at the restaurant (big group) so don’t expect to necessarily have a relaxing holiday.

A Great Retreat Close to Hanoi
Pros:

The reception staff greeted us warmly and gave us a room upgrade to Premium Twin with Mountain View. Our room was excellent. The resort itself has lovely gardens and sitting areas with splendid views. The buffet breakfast was excellent, but the dinner was disappointing.

Cons:

Two minor issues: firstly, the bathroom lighting is not strong. Secondly, the a la carte breakfast was disappointing, and the dining room staff were not really on the ball.

Pros:

Hi Amour! Amour nằm ở vị trí yên tĩnh trong rừng Quốc gia Ba Vì, màu xanh mát mắt của rừng khiến bạn cảm thấy dễ chịu. Nhân viên lễ tân nhã nhặn và lịch sự. Phòng rộng hơn ở Melia Ba Vì và nhìn mới hơn. Phù hợp cho người với kiểu du lịch đơn giản chỉ là ngủ ở một nơi xa thành phố k có ồn ào và bụi bặm.

Cons:

Mình góp ý với mong muốn thiện chí giúp Amour phát triển hơn. Dù phòng rất đẹp ban công mở ra thấy cây lá, nhưng nó thiếu việc gây ấn tượng cho khách khi mở cánh cửa ra nhận phòng đó là hương thơm của phòng.
Điều thứ 2, khi khách đến đây vào sáng sớm đa phần họ sẽ thích sự tươi mát không khí của buổi sáng khiến họ cảm thấy thoải mái và dễ chịu. Nhưng bạn nhân viên của bộ phận nhà hàng đang dọn dẹp lại yêu cầu mình ngồi trong dù gia đình đã từ chối lần 1, nhưng bạn vẫn cố gắng yêu cầu mình ngồi trong lần 2 với lý do là bên ngoài chỉ dành cho khách hút thuốc. Điều đó thật sự nực cười. Trong thời gian ăn sáng nếu khách muốn hút thuốc nó nên là một khu vực khác hoặc sau khi đã qua thời gian ăn sáng. Vào buổi chiều tối khoảng 5:20 gì đó ngày 28 gia đình mình có dùng nước ở đây, các bạn có hỏi mình là có order đồ ăn tối không thì mình order luôn, gia đình mình có nói bây giờ còn sớm sẽ order sau, nhưng một lúc sau có một bạn khác ra nói mình order buổi tối luôn k? Mình vẫn nói còn sớm , sẽ order sau, một lúc sau nữa lại có 1 bạn khác ra hỏi mình order luôn với lý do là để có thời gian chuẩn bị được tốt hơn. Rồi sau đó mình lại thấy nhân viên nhà hàng gửi tin nhắn Zalo cho mình hỏi để order để chuẩn bị được tốt hơn. Mình k biết có thật sự tốt hơn k?! Nhưng mình cảm thấy phiền trước. Mình cũng k thấy quản lý của nhà hàng trong khi bình thường ở các resort khác quản lý sẽ dọn cùng nhân viên.
P/s: Các bạn đang làm trong môi trường dịch vụ việc các bạn nghĩ cho mình hơn cả khách hàng thì bạn k xứng đáng nhận service charge. Làm việc thì phải có tâm để vị trí k dừng lại chỉ là một nhân viên.

Absolutely gorgeous
Pros:

BEAUTIFUL. Just absolutely wow. Never got tired of the views, the resort is really well taken care of. It is in a more remote location, but that’s kind of the point. We hired a driver for the day to take us to all the highlights within the national park, which was worth it. There was practically no tourists at all (saw maybe 2-3 throughout our stay and visits). 100% recommend for 2-3 days, just to relax. Staff is super nice. Although their English isn’t very strong, they go out of their way to help you and we used Google translate at certain moments and that worked perfect.

Cons:

Nothing, we liked every single part :)

Pros:

Place to relax with nature , very beautiful and quiet , indoor warm pool is nice for kids , location is 1.40 hours far from Hanoi , only one resturent there tart is ok as the only Resturent😜. Staff is very very friendly , night little nothing to do for kids recommend to hotel management to add more activity for kids to enjoy the time after sunset

Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were exceptionally friendly, always ready to help with a smile, which made the experience feel warm and welcoming. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, providing everything needed for a relaxing stay. But the highlight was definitely the location — nestled right in the middle of the forest, it offered stunning natural surroundings, fresh air, and total peace and quiet. It’s the perfect spot for anyone looking to unwind and connect with nature. Highly recommended.

Lovely resort but not very relaxing
Pros:

Lovely staff. Food at the restaurant was good. Beautiful surroundings. The little garden seating looking over the valley was top notch.

Cons:

We were there on Fri and Sat nights and both nights have outdoor music events, which is nice I think. But the speaker was wayyyyy too loud! No soundproof wall or anything so even in the room you can hear the bass thumping. Couldn't relax and also can't escape :( Also the resort locates quite close to a camping area and you can hear the noise + smell the fumes from vehicles.

Great location, nice staff. Improve food at restaurant, learn how to make lattes and cappuccino’s, Nix the giant spiders

Cons:

Giant spiders kept getting into our room. Food at restaurant could have been better. They didn’t know how to make a latte even though they had a great Italian espresso machine.
