We wasn’t told there was wooden cube for letting house keeping know when clean room. So bins,towels, toilet paper was not given to us. We had know idea over this. We have travelled many places never had wooded cube to read.
Also breakfast on 9th April I was getting so butter (plastic container)from breakfast bowl and exploded on my dress,it was melted,horror my dress was sprayed all over. I confirmed wrestaurant manger offered to get cleaned. It came to my room at 7pm and still stained. Reception member did his best to explain there’s nobody he could speak to.
We check-out(machine didn’t work to do ourself)out of hotel with my new dress ruined.
“Free”,only option was a free taxi to airport which doesn’t cover any cost to my dress,£6 for taxi my dress I’ve not worn £50.
Not really it wasn’t a best one we’ve stayed.Staff were pleasant. Food in breakfast was cold even coffee machine was Luke warm.

Odd maintenance issues around hotel could so easily be fixed eg lose door lock, lift handle.

It was on a quiet street and close to the mall and eateries.
The room was small, the pool’s water was not as clear as I would expect, the metal on the windows are death traps!
Good location that is walkable to good eateries and with easy access to various places by Grab cab. Lovely to have breakfast included — a fair and basic spread was provided, with Asian and Western choices offered. Hotel staff are attentive, friendly and helpful, good job!
We can hear noise along the common corridor. Also as there are many visitors of different nationalities, may I respectfully suggest that the hotel plays more popular piped music through its speakers rather than Lunar NY and traditional Muslim Ramadan music constantly. Thank you.
The location was excellent. The staff were all very polite and always eager to help. The breakfast was also good.
The check-in process was very cumbersome. I was encouraged to "pre check-in" online which I did, but at the hotel I had to do the whole checkin process again anyways. They also force you (and all additional guests) to create an Accor account in order to check-in. The room is small (though the bed is very large and comfortable) and there is barely any room to put your clothes. You're forced to live out of your luggage which is very inconvenient. But what bothered us the most was that there was some kind of construction work going on during our whole stay. There was something every day! at the pool, at the reception, at the hallways... the parasol at the rooftop didn't work and after reporting it, it didn't get fixed in the 4 days we were there... it wasn't too bad, but inconvenient in general.

Super! Schone ruime kamers. Heerlijk ontbijt en vriendelijk personeel.
4 bedjes bij het zwembad is wel heel weinig voor deze grote van hotel. Ruimte genoeg voor meer bedjes. Zijn echt telkens vol.
Staff were very helpful and friendly. The place is clean and well maintained. Gym and pool were good sizes too. Free tea and coffee is a plus.

Got off on the wrong foot when they tried to trick us into signing up for their junk mail list telling us it was part of the guest registration process. The room we had was right by the lobby door so every time someone went through it your could hear the door open and close. Rooms look into an internal courtyard where they serve breakfast and into other rooms so you can't open the curtains. The pool was unclean and slimy. The shower head was low, below chest height.

Hotel location is very convenient to get to surrounding Georgetown area and yet situated on a quiet street. It was lovely & relaxing going back to the hotel after a tiring day out!

The buffet breakfast and semi-outdoor space with a fan was a treat! Staff were very welcoming and helpful throughout my stay in Penang. The room was comfortable for one person and I liked the sustainable efforts to cut down on single use plastics.
The rooftop pool area was disappointing as the images online look much better. The reality is that only one parasol / sun umbrella works and you had to pull out the lounger mattress etc yourself. The space needs a bit of a refresh / TLC. the water in the shower did'nt drain properly and began to get a bit smelly after a few days. The floor area around the TV cabinet was dusty.
