Pros:

Bardzo fajny hotel, pokój nie za duży ale w sam raz, łazienka bardzo komfortowa, do tego kawa i herbata w recepcji oraz woda z dystrybutora.

Cons:

Basen na dachu nie jest tak spektakularny jak na zdjęciach.

Check in process not properly managed
Pros:

There are pickleball courts, shops selling cute trinkets, and bila bila mart within 2-3mins walking distance

Cons:

There was electric outage at the time of check in, so the whole check in process was chaotic. Had to wait few hours for us to receive the key card and there wasn't really a proper communication on that.

Didn't help that there was no more parking available at the parking space off site, so we had to juggle bringing in our luggages from the parking site by ourselves while figuring out where the lobby was

Pros:

Lovely hotel, great staff, perfect location.Amazing buffet breakfast. One of the best we ever had.

Cons:

I was asked to pay for a glass that I accidentally broke in the bedroom. The price was quite high too. I expressed the feeling that a guest shouldn't be expected to pay for an accidental breakage and they waived the charge. However, they re-applied the charge at checkout. After explaining the earlier event the charge was again waived. Seemed like a lot of fuss. I get that this may be a cultural difference to hotel policy in different countries and it was resolved to my satisfaction.

Convenient and comfortable stay for a small family
Pros:

It was new, clean and staff were friendly. Location was also quite central and close to various shopping malls and famous restaurants. Also loved the reception area because it always smelt like fresh coffee!

Cons:

No complaints - our stay was fab!

Ok for a night.
Pros:

The beds are comfy. Good breakfast!

Cons:

Pictures give an expectation, but in reality the pool is small, only 2 attached sun beds, not really a place to relax. The rooms are ok but not as nice as on pictures. It is 20 minute walk to the old town. Bad smell in lobby area.

Pros:

Sehr gute Lage innerhalb von Georgetown, alles lässt sich fußläufig gut erreichen.

Das Zimmer war schön eingerichtet, sauber und gemütlich. Großes Plus war das Fitnessstudio, was wir gerne genutzt haben. Auf dem Gang gibt es zudem ein Wasserspender, was sehr praktisch war.

Personal ist zudem sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Das Frühstück könnte mehr vegan/vegetarische Optionen anbieten.

Alles perfekt: Freundliches Personal, zentrale Lage, äußerst sauber und komfortable. Kostenloses Wasser und (guten!) Kaffee den ganzen Tag über. Sehr umfangreiches Frühstück. Wir hatten nichts auszusetzen!

Dobry obiekt w rozsądnej cenie.
Pros:

Bardzo elegancko zaprojektowany obiekt. Estetycznie wykończone korytarze (z akcentami ceglanymi). Wejście do strefy gości i wjazd windą po autoryzacji kartą. Pokoje przyzwoicie wyciszone. Dostrzegalna dbałość o szczegóły podczas projektowania obiektu ( karnisze plus zakładki do zasłon aby uzyskać efekt Black out). Elektroniczne (przyciski z wyświetlaczem komunikatu od strony korytarza) powiadamianie o konieczności sprzątania pokoju czy komunikat nie przeszkadzać. Łóżka wygodne. W pokoju czajnik, lodówka,sejf. Dużo miejsca na walizki. Dwa chwytaki z wieszakami na ubrania .
W parterze w lobby dostęp do darmowej kawy z ekspresu. Drzwi do hotelu otwiera uśmiechnięta obsługa.
Obiekt na dwa budynki oddalone od siebie o około 150m. Każdy z nich ma swój basen, co ma swoje zalety przy pracach utrzymaniowych.
Siłownia w budynku A jest obok basenu. Nieduża , ale trochę poćwiczyć można.
W pokojach, co nie często się zdarza, dość wydajna i stosunkowo cicha klimatyzacja.
Okna wychodzące na ulicę podwójne co powodowało bardzo dużą redukcję hałasu z zewnątrz i w zasadzie , po zaciągnięciu zasłon był on nieodczuwalny.
Łazienka sporą, funkcjonalna . Ściana między łazienka a pokojem przezierna,ale z możliwością przesłonięcia roletą. Pod prysznicem deszczownica i słuchawka prysznicowa.

Lokalizacja obiektu. W pobliżu Komtar. W pobliżu sporo restauracyjek. Sklepów. Łatwy dojazd autobusem czy taksówką. Dojście do centrum starego miasta( np. Armenian street )około 15 minut.

Patrząc na to, że są baseny, siłownia, sejf, niezła klimatyzacja i w miarę sensowne wyciszenie , to nieco wyższa stawka za pobyt w porównaniu do mniej atrakcyjnie wyposażonych obiektów wydaje się zasadna do rozważenia

Dostrzegalna niekonsekwencja myśli projektowej- bo skoro taka dbałość o detale przy blackout to dlaczego wstawiono przeszkloną i podświetloną lodówkę, która doświetla dość mocno pokój?. To może być ważne dla osób potrzebujących pełnego zaciemnienia

Największa moja uwaga. Która powoduje, że hotel u mnie dostaje tylko 9 na 10, to koordynacja działań obsługi . Pierwszy obszar to dostęp do basenu . ( są dwa obiekty hotelu i każdy ma swój basen)- nie powinno być tak , że na jednym jeszcze wisi ogłoszenie, że nieczynny a na drugim już rozpoczęto czyszczenie, o czym obsługa zdawała się nie wiedzieć i wymagało to interwencji gości aby to uświadomić obsłudze, i umożliwić dość licznej grupie gości z dziećmi skorzystanie z badania. Drugi obszar to sprawdzanie pokoju po wymeldowaniu- sam proces jest zrozumiały ale zwłoka w powiadomieniu gości, którym się już spieszy na prom o tym że już sprawdzono i że jest ok była nieprofesjonalna. Wspominam o tym, aby obsługa poprawiła ten element. Bo dla mnie ten hotel po poprawkach w organizacji pracy i w komunikacji wewnętrznej będzie zasługiwał na 10 na 10.

Cons:

Attention Booking met STUDIO il ne s'agit absolument pas de studio mais d'une chambre normale. Cela prête à confusion.
