The property was great, the staff very welcoming. Hotel very comfortable and room well equipped.

I like the pool (25 metres) and the bed was very comfortable. The lounge has lots of comfortable chairs and had free beverages all day. The toilet was also equipped with a bidet. Lots of power points to charge devices.
I disliked the hangers. They are secured and unmovable but fall off easily when you try to hang clothes on them. The shower pressure was too light. The breakfast selection was too boring and almost the same everyday. Should have included more Malaysian local dishes like nasi lemak, mee goreng or curry mee. The fish/chicken porridge was too salty although the condiments were plenty and good. The room doors close with a very loud bang!

Zentral gelegenes Hotel in Georgetown. Kurzer Fußweg zum Komtar Busbahnhof und Haltestelle des kostenloses CAT-Buses mit den man viele Sehenswürdigkeiten erreichen kann. Alles andere kann schnell und einfach mit Grab erreicht werden. Der Check-In und Out verlief reibungslos. Sämtliches Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben ausgesprochen gut geschlafen in den doch sehr kleinen aber sehr sauberen Standardzimmern. Das Frühstück empfanden wir als reichhaltig und es wurden viele Frühstücksvarianten angeboten. In der Lobby wird kostenlos Kaffee und Tee mit Gebäck und in jeder Etage steht ein moderner gut funktionierender Wasserspender. Uns hat es gefallen und können das Hotel weiterempfehlen.
Den Pool empfanden wir als sehr klein und nicht sehr ansprechend.

Erg schone en nette kamer.
Zwembad was ook netjes en schoon. Wellicht wat weinig ligbedden.
Gratis koffie, water en thee in de entree is ook een pluspunt.
Ontbijt was goed, aan de ruime kant qua assortiment en ook lekker.
Niet perse een minpunt maar de ligging ten opzichte van de toeristische hotspots is wellicht wat aan de verre kant. Maar wel op loopafstand.

It was walking distance and close to tourist hot spots! Aircon worked well and staff were friendly.
Internet didn’t work unless sitting in reception.
