Lovely staff beautiful hotel and great coffee
Not enough sunbeds
Mixed feelings about this hotel. The guy who checked us in was lovey but no one else made any effort to say hi or ask how our stay was going. The main reason for booking this hotel was the pool area. The pool was really dirty and we were told it was going to be cleaned but that never happened. There is also no nice furniture or shade to sit and enjoy the pool area. This hotel is fine if you just need a bed for the night but not a good option for those wanting a relaxing holiday. The bed was comfy and we liked the cafes and bars in the area. It’s a 20min walk into Art Street. I will say the doormen were lovely!
Dirty pool, dirty doors that had hand prints all over them. Staff did not take any interest in us or our stay.

The location, cleanliness & the staff. The staff were AMAZING. I also appreciated that they have a water sustainability program.
The breakfast options were limited & the couch in our room was very uncomfortable.

Bed, location, room size
Breakfast was for meat eaters, rice porridge was the only vegetarian option. I stayed 7 nights how much rice can one eat. Fresh fruit section was lacking.

It was close to shops/malls, and had many restaurants nearby. Breakfast was very nice but best to come early.
We constantly had trouble with our door. On arrival eventually the battery was changed but there were still problems. Door also needed to be pressed down with heavy hand for it to open.
It’s clean and in good location
The hot items at the breakfast are not hot, and the self service noodles cooking could be quite dangerous to the guests
