Hotel moderno in un antico palazzo coloniale ristrutturato e non lontano dal centro. Servizio ottimo, colazione abbondante e con molta scelta. Letti comodissimi e spaziosi. Camere dotate di tutto. Il giorno della partenza abbiamo lasciato in custodia le valigie ed al rientro, dopo tutta la giornata stancante e caldissima, il personale molto gentile ci ha permesso di fare la doccia nei bagni della piscina (al terzo piano) e di riposarci un pochino prima di recarci alla stazione dei bus. Non è per nulla scontato!!

Staff was helpful
Booking.com mentioned a free room upgrade but when I checked in, I was told by the reception that booking.com did not communicated that to them. However when I checked with booking.com after I checked out, booking.com asserted that they had sent 2 reminders to the hotel but did not received a response. I'm still awaiting a resolution.
Also the property is located in a shop house, meaning, even with windows, you won't be able to draw the curtains or open them as the outside will be able to look in. They should have installed windows with frosted or textured glass.
And the room doors slam very loudly amd apparently that is a problem they already realised and is trying to resolved?

Good, clean hotel and suitable for the family. We could relax a lot staying in this hotel. The breakfast is also good!

空間雖然不大，但是非常舒適乾淨，位置也相當好。
還好，大致上都不錯。

De loft is ideaal voor het gezin. Twee verdiepingen, lekker ruim. Goed ontbijt.
Vlakbij shopping mall. Met de Grab in 5- 8 minuten bij alle leuke straatjes.
Klein zwembad en weinig bedjes.
Mooie gezinskamer met 2 aparte slaapkamer voor ons gezin. Mooi zwembad op het dak. Heerlijk ontbijt in de buitenlucht met ventilatie.
Stond eerst bij het verkeerde Citadines Connect. Er bleken er 3 te zijn dus let goed op :-)
