Très bien
Pros:

La chambre est spacieuse, confortable et bien équipée avec des équipements modernes. La petite piscine sur le toit est très agréable et offre un vrai moment de détente. Le personnel est au top, toujours disponible, accueillant et aux petits soins. Un séjour très plaisant dans un cadre soigné !

Cons:

Cependant, la vue depuis notre chambre donnait sur un garage, ce qui est un peu décevant. De plus, le petit-déjeuner est assez cher au regard de la qualité et du choix proposés.

A short and sweet family getaway
Pros:

Amazing stay in the heart of George Town
Pros:

The staff were super friendly. The hotel is located in the center allowing you to walk to all the major attraction of the city. The hotel is located in a quiet side street. The gym and pool are amazing.

Cons:

The breakfast could include a bit more choices

Cozy stay!
Pros:

Pros:

NOs gustó el hotel en general y la atención que hemos recibido. Es verdad que son dos edificios separados pero cada uno de ellos tiene todos los servicios y comodidades. la habitación es normal de tamaño y calidad, muy limpio.

Cons:

El gimnasio es muy básico, la piscina es pequeña y la ubicación no es tan buena como creíamos. Tienes entre 20 y 30 minutos para llegar al centro. A nosotros nos gusta mucho andar pero no es tan cercano como esperábamos,

Would return simply for the convenience of location and overall good value
Pros:

Perfect location, just across the road from Hin Bus Depot and smack in the middle of Georgetown, one could simply explore by foot. Lots of cafes and shops downstairs and all around, including a convenience store, an izakaya and Inside Scoop. Room was very comfy and we like Block A due to slightly larger pool and proximity to breakfast area. Having said that the pool is rather narrow by regular hotel standards.

Good sound insulation, we barely heard anything from the other guests or breakfast area despite having a balcony facing the atrium. Water refill station available in the hallway. I liked the fact that they install air purifiers at the hotel corridors. Free coffee, tea and biscuits all day, and their lounge area is very nice to sit and chill in, whilst staring out to the view of antique Georgetown shoplots.

Cons:

Breakfast selection was poor, I tried to order an omelette 5 mins before closing and was denied. The staff clearly only wanted to quickly start clearing even before the breakfast time ended. Parking is outdoor and limited, and the silly ASR online registration self check in form that included your car plate for verification didn’t work and I was charged more than it should be for the parking rates. Had to request for additional amenities like shower cap, razor and dental kits from the reception.

Tutto bellissimo!!!
Pros:

Hotel molto bello, moderno. Stanza enorme e letto comodissimo. La colazione abbondante di vario genere, buonissima. Consiglio a tutti questo hotel, pienamente soddisfatta!!

Poor facilities and service lacking/excellent location.
Pros:

Excellent location, close by, about 1-1.5km to old town and surrounding areas.

Cons:

I know it's a small thing, but coffee not replenished, toilet paper in short supply. Tissues, which were in a decorative box, just left on the side for me to put in away. Come on...
Breakfast was extremely poor. Possibly the poorest selection I've seen in over 40 years of travel, (Europe & Asia).
The swimming pool almost seemed neglected. Broken sunbeds with no covers. We had to go searching for towels. I mean, you save up all year for your holidays, I expected more. This place wasn't cheap.

It was so comfortable. Would come back to same place if Im visiting Penang again.
Pros:

The property is brand new, good room, comfy bed and pillows. Rainfall shower. Made my stay in Penang so comfortable. Breaky nice and varied.

very enjoyable, bike rent is near, mostly shop is just a walking distance

Parking fees and limited parking, sometimes during night plate sensor cannot detect my car plate so i have to search for outside parking
