Please note that the reception is open Monday- Friday from 8:30am until 4pm. Guests checking in outside reception opening hours have to use self- check in service.

Bookings up to 27 nights: Your apartment will be cleaned every 4th day free of charge.
Bookings of 28 nights or more: Your apartment will be cleaned once a week free of charge.
Additional cleaning can be booked for € 25.00.

Please note that a housekeeping service is available upon request.

Nice host, terrible guest experience.
Pros:

The location is great, and the gentleman who takes care of the place is extremely kind and friendly. The apartments are relatively new.

Cons:

I messaged ahead to ask about the garage, specifically noting that I have a large car. I was assured it would be no problem. I even read other reviews that referred to the garage. The garage access is extremely narrow and on a round ramp. There was no way to go through the gate without damaging the tires and wheels. The damage to my front wheel cost 5 times as much as the entire stay. If you have a larger car or an SUV, don't park here. I booked a room for two, but I had to get a pillow and blanket from the closet because the room was set up for one person. The bath towels are hand towel size, and there was no soap at all in my room. The bed was horrible. It was a small double bed, but made up of two very narrow mattresses. Every time I rolled over, I fell into the gap between the mattresses. It was also as hard as stone.

Pros:

La struttura è sita in un quartiere tranquillo a nord di Monaco. Il check in e la comunicazione con il personale sono stati facili e rapidi. A 10m c'è un supermarket e una forneria, mentre ristoranti e fast food sono a pochi minuti a piedi. Le stanze erano moderne e della giusta superficie. TV, microonde e cassaforte sono stati utili. Prezzo congruo

Cons:

Per andare in centro, non c'è molta differenza tra prendere i mezzi e andare a piedi. Il letto scricchiolava. La stanza non era climattizata: già era calda in aprile, non oso immaginare in estate. In bagno abbiamo trovato 1 saponetta e 1 flaconcino di docciaschiuma: sul sito parlavano di consumabili per i "primi giorni". Per fortuna avevamo portato il docciaschiuma da casa.

Für unseren kurzen Aufenthalt in München war es ein sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis

Unser Zimmer war staubig (Glühbirnen), teilweise Spinnenweben bei den Schattenfugen an der Decke bei der Küchenecke), die Küchenarmatur gehört befestigt - wackelt schon sehr, Schneidbrett in der Küche gehört ausgetauscht

Cons:

O apartamento estava completamente sujo marcas de mãos por toda mobília, uma pá de lixo com resto de comida e cabelos no meio do apartamento e o microondas com pedecos enormes de comida e sem contar que o aquecedor somente no chão e passei frio a estadia completa os funcionários não sao nem um poucos profissionais e mau educados.
