Please note that the reception is open Monday- Friday from 8:30am until 4pm. Guests checking in outside reception opening hours have to use self- check in service.

Bookings up to 27 nights: Your apartment will be cleaned every 4th day free of charge.
Bookings of 28 nights or more: Your apartment will be cleaned once a week free of charge.
Additional cleaning can be booked for € 25.00.

Insgesamt ein angenehmer Aufenthalt mit sehr freundlichem Personal. Ich würde die Unterkunft weiterempfehlen.
Pros:

Das Personal war sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und flexibel. Mir wurde ein späterer Check-out ermöglicht, und die Zimmerkarte wurde für mich im Zimmer hinterlegt, was ich sehr geschätzt habe. Die Lage ist ruhig und gut, und es war alles vorhanden, was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt braucht.

Cons:

Die Sauberkeit könnte etwas gründlicher kontrolliert werden. Es gab stellenweise Staub und im Badezimmer waren vereinzelt Haare zu finden. Hier besteht noch Verbesserungspotenzial.

A modern concept let down by missing basics — no bed linen or toilet paper, with no staff to help

Modern, fully automated check-in/check-out — the tech works smoothly. Convenient supermarket and café in the same building, great for breakfast or grabbing essentials.

Cons:

Two Brera locations in Munich with unclear communication — I ended up at the wrong one first. Room had no bed linen; when we contacted support late evening, we were told there's no staff on-site and linen was "somewhere on level -2" — never found it, slept without it. No toilet paper in the bathroom either, with nowhere nearby open to buy any. For an autonomous hotel with no one to fix problems, the room simply must be prepared correctly before check-in.

Cómodo, limpio y bien comunicado.
Pros:

El tamaño estaba bien, era muy luminoso y tenía persianas y cortinas para evitar la entrada del sol.
El baño era grande y cómodo. La terraza da a un patio Interior muy tranquilo. Hay un supermercado justo debajo y una cafetería/ panadería.

Cons:

No habia personal durante todo el fin de semana, faltaba algo de cubertería y vajilla, y no pudimos pedirla. La terraza es continua entre todos los apartamentos, así que por seguridad no pudimos dejarla abierta por la noche.

Nossa casinha em Munique ❤️
Pros:

O apartamento era maravilhoso, limpo, iluminado, confortável e silencioso. Os colchões muito confortáveis, assim como as roupas de cama. O edredom era perfeito!! O espaço do apartamento era ótimo, o banheiro era bastante grande também e o atendimento foi maravilhoso do início ao fim, sempre respondiam minhas mensagens mesmo nas horas fora do horário de atendimento. Foram muito solícitos com a gente quando tivemos dificuldade para gerar o cartão de acesso ao quarto e também quando nosso ralo do box entupiu (resolveram na hora!). Além disso, nosso inglês e alemão não são muito bons e eles sempre se esforçaram pra termos a melhor comunicação possível. A localização foi boa pra gente, um pouco distante do centro e dos pontos turísticos e há 10 minutos de caminhada do parque olímpico, mas pra gente foi ótimo pois era uma região bastante tranquila e silenciosa, além do que há pontos de transporte público na frente do prédio e a gente amou a eficiência e pontualidade do transporte de Munique, usamos muito e conseguimos chegar em todos os lugares que precisávamos. Tem um mercado no térreo do prédio, o que facilitou muito nossa vida também! Adoramos muito, apelidamos o apartamento de "nossa casinha" e eu até fiquei triste de ir embora.

Cons:

Eu gostei de tudo, mas há 3 coisas que acho importante pontuar pra quem for se hospedar lá:

- Infelizmente a cama era composta de dois colchões de solteiro numa cama de casal, assim como as cobertas também são individuais. Sei que é padrão da Alemanha, mas pra quem está acostumado a dormir de conchinha dificulta um pouco (o que não tira em nada o conforto dos colchões, muito bons mesmo!)
- A cozinha é bem pequena, não tem nenhum espaço de bancada pra cortar e apoiar as coisas. A louça após limpa precisa ficar praticamente em cima do fogão. Também não tem muitos equipamentos pra cozinhar, apesar de ter ótimas panelas. Essa seria a minha única frustração com o lugar, pois a gente ama ir ao mercado e cozinhar quando conhece novos países e lá não tivemos muita facilidade pra isso.
- no anúncio informa que há máquina de lavar e secar roupa, mas não informa que é pago à parte. Achávamos que estava incluso na diária e precisamos usar 2x, gastando um total de 12 euros pra lavar e secar. De qualquer forma o sabão e amaciante estão inclusos no valor, os equipamentos são ótimos, tem cesto para recolher a roupa e levar pro quarto, tem tábua de passar e até um estendedor de roupa disponível caso precise.

Ménage non fait le premier soir. Et pas refait pendant 6 nuits.

Gutes Zimmer mit einer guten Lage in München.
Pros:

Easy Check In, Gute Ausstattung.

Cons:

Die Matratzen könnten bequemer sein. Jedoch war es für drei Nächte in Ordnung.
Leider ging die Fußbodenheizung nicht aus, da scheinbar das Thermostat nicht funktionierte, somit war es ziemlich warm. Konnte leider nicht verändert werden.

Adequate, but disappointing.
Pros:

The location was good, although the tram line is currently suspended for upgrade work

Cons:

The room was tatty and not vey clean. Although we stayed from Wednesday to Monday there was no room cleaning or towel change. Not even bins were emptied. There was very minimal reception service and no facility to leave luggage securely on the day of departure.
