Please note that the reception is open Monday- Friday from 8:30am until 4pm. Guests checking in outside reception opening hours have to use self- check in service.

Bookings up to 27 nights: Your apartment will be cleaned every 4th day free of charge.
Bookings of 28 nights or more: Your apartment will be cleaned once a week free of charge.
Additional cleaning can be booked for € 25.00.

Check in war stressig
Cons:

1. Heizung funktionierte nicht. Das Zimmer war Tag und Nacht total überhitzt, obwohl der Regler auf der untersten Stelle stand. Zur Abhilfe mussten wir die Fenster etwas öffnen, auch nachts.Leider war Rezeption nie besetzt.

2. Wir kamen freitags um die Mittagszeit an.Rezeption war seltsamerweise nicht besetzt. Hatten große Schwierigkeiten einzuchecken. Natürlich hatten wir Mails am Anreisetag erhalten, wie das Einchecken funktioniert , aber diese Mails kamen für uns zu spät.

3. Aufgrund der dieser Erfahrungen werden wir künftig die Unterkunft meiden und uns ein Hotel auswählen bei dem die Rezeption besetzt ist und zwar mit Menschen und nicht mit Maschinen.

Cons:

Cozinha muito pequena, lavanderia com app que não funciona, cheiro do carpete do corredor era ruim.

Rustig appartement in een rustige omgeving
Pros:

Heerlijk rustige omgeving. Prachtig en ruim appartement. Uitstekende faciliteiten in de directe omgeving. Goede bedden, ruime badkamer en voldoende kookgelegenheid en kookgerei voor onze verblijfsduur. Opvallend veel kastruimte.

Cons:

Een beetje ver uit het centrum. Het appartement kan wel een tweezits bank gebruiken.

Dennoch klare Weiterempfehlung
Pros:

Alles sehr gut außer s.u. Der defekte Safe wurde umgehend repariert.

Cons:

Das sehr schöne Appartement hat extrem und trotz Maßnahmen wie Dauerlüften und einer Luftreinigungsmaschine nachhaltig nach Rauch und süßlichem Reinigungsmittel gerochen. Ärgerlich und ungemütlich. Das Personal war aber sehr bemüht, wenn auch erfolglos.

Es war ok.
Pros:

Gut zu erreichen mit öffentlichem Verkehr, Supermarkt im Erdgeschoss, sauber, mit Küche.

Cons:

Abluft I'm klo/bad war kaputt, lief nicht. Abhilfe gab es leider keine, da Wochenende und alle Zimmer belegt waren. Die Matratze war leider vieeeeeeeel zu weich.

Klasse Lage und Schwabing und München zu erkunden
Pros:

Sehr gute Anbindung mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln und super gelegen zum Olympiapark.
Am Eck gibt es eine Bäckerei mit Cafe, das auch Sonntags geöffnet hat.
Direkt daneben gibt es auch einen REWE.

Great stay in Munich
Pros:

I loved this place. The room was very comfortable, with a small kitchenette and great bathroom. It was easy to get to, and I found parking right in front. There are also some very good restaurants nearby, and a gym next door. The wifi worked also perfectly. Overall, I had a fantastic stay and would happily come back.

Cons:

It may be a little far from the city center if you’re planning to go out and socialize, but honestly that wasn’t a big issue for me. I still recommend it
