Please note that the reception is open Monday- Friday from 8:30am until 4pm. Guests checking in outside reception opening hours have to use self- check in service.

Bookings up to 27 nights: Your apartment will be cleaned every 4th day free of charge.
Bookings of 28 nights or more: Your apartment will be cleaned once a week free of charge.
Additional cleaning can be booked for € 25.00.

Please note that a housekeeping service is available upon request.

Hat unseren Erwartungen voll entsprochen. Leider war der Verkehrslärm in der Nacht nicht optimal.
Pros:

Das Hotel und die Lage in der Nähe des Olympiapark zwecks Besuch des Sommer-Tollwood sind ideal da nur 10 Gehminuten entfernt. Der Empfang in Form von Max war extrem hilfreich und sehr nett.

Cons:

Das Zimmer lag zur Hauptstrasse hin und man konnte bei offenen Fenster nicht schlafen. Leider verfügte das Zimmer über keine Klimaanlage um die Fenster in der Nacht nicht öffnen zu müssen.

Complaint
Cons:

It occur that the bed was in a condition indescriptible and really unconfortable and not acceptable for the level of your establishment.

I already have a back issue so if i book a place, my main concern is the bed quality.

You can see by yourself on the pictures attaches.

I didn't want to reach before as it was for a short stay and nobody never been at the entrance desk.

Hope you'll do something about this matter.

Last but not least, if you check your record, you can see that im a regular guest so i would like better conditions for my stays.

Pros:

Location is excellent, room was clean, property quiet and well maintained. Room a decent size with plenty of storage space.

Cons:

No air conditioning. Hottest week of the year and no way to cool the room except a small fan. Laundry cost extra - not too expensive but I thought it would be included.

Schönes Zimmer , gute, zentrale Lage und ein gutes Bett.

Cons:

Leider hatten wir, obwohl wir zu zweit angemeldet waren, nur ein Handtuchset, als wir abends ins Hotel kamen, das haben wir erst beim Duschen festgestellt. Wir haben dann beim Durchlesen der Informationen gesehen, dass es wohl einen Schrank im Untergeschoss gibt, wo man sich Handtücher abholen kann, weil an Feiertagen die Rezeption nicht besetzt war. Den Service genügend Handtücher im Zimmer zu haben, hätten wir gerne gehabt, daher ein kleiner Punktabzug.

The location is very good, close to green park, Rewe and Edeka, also many restaurants around

Cons:

I got a room with street view, loud room +ear plugs is what you gave me this time :-/. I survived as zi was at schoop all day but I wish I could open the window and enjoy quiet green area some windows are facing.
