Добрые приветливые люди и чистый тихий отель
Pros:

Очень приятный персонал, чистый отель, вкусные завтраки, комната достаточно большая для семьи. На второй день была уборка. Все и так чисто, но они все таки пришли. Сантехника вся в порядке.

Кухня классная, еда разнообразная, делают омлет если попросить. Мы после ночного перелета приехали в 6 утра, так нас заселили уже в 08:30, а еще и на завтрак пригласили прямо перед заселением.

В холле несколько диванов и WiFi, смог созвониться и поработать. А еще есть чай с кофе и игровой аркадный автомат - можно поиграть в ретро шедевры. Мы с детьми играли в Mortal Kombat 😊

Спасибо огромное ребятам с ресепшен, вы классные! 💚 Спасибо менеджерам и владельцам отеля за такое лояльное отношение к постояльцам. Всем рекомендую и при следующем визите снова сюда.

Необходимо продумать меры ответственности к гостям, которые не дают спать ночью.
Pros:

Расположение отеля соответствовало ожиданиям, так как мы часто бываем в центре Анталии и нам знакомы эти кварталы. Очень близко ТЦ Марк Анталия и торговая улица. Достаточно близко Старый город. Рядом находятся продуктовые магазины А101 и Шок. На выбор кафе и рестораны. Завтрак приемлемый, достаточно сладких десертов к кофе, основное горячее блюдо, суп, закуски. Вопрос по вкусу только к салатам, но это индивидуально каждому, нам салаты не понравились. Место где проходят завтраки уютное, персонал приветливый, отзывчивый. Есть СПА услуги за 25 долларов пакет. Функциональный тренажерный зал, удалось провести три тренировки на все группы мышц.

Cons:

Последнюю ночь подпортили шумные студенты, приехавшие большой группой на свои мероприятия, которые компаниями до 03-00 ночи ходили по коридорам, громко веселились и мешали спать Ощутили некоторый дискомфорт при заселении в трехместный номер. Был неприятный запах. Когда включили подачу воды в кране, то оказалось, что поврежден слив и вода поступала на пол, что и создавало неприятный запах. Обратившись к администратору моментально последовала реакция, номер поменяли на четырехместный. Где уже не ощущались посторонние запахи, и номер оказался больше, дополнительной платы не взяли. Прожили в нем все три ночи. Спасибо за отзывчивость и понимание персоналу гостиницы.
