We got what we paid for.
Pros:

We had a refrigerator in our room!

Cons:

The bed were uncomfortable. The sheets were unattractive. There was no iron. One of the workers came into our room without knocking.

Estancia básica, con todo lo que esto implica
Pros:

La disponibilidad del staff fue muy buena y amena. En especial en recepción
El internet funcionó bien en todas las áreas que estuvimos y fue de buena velocidad.
Tiene estacionamiento suficiente para todas las habitaciones

Cons:

El área de la regadera estaba llena de ramas y hojas secas.
Nos dieron solo una toalla para una recamara de dos camas. En el baño solo había un sobre de shampoo y el jabón mas pequeño que he visto en la industria de la hospitalidad.
No había ni cobijas ni almohadas extra en la habitación y las fundas de las almohadas parece una gran mancha que causa inseguridad para usarla

Great costumer Service and nite Place
Pros:

The whole costumer service, Juan Carlos at front desk resolved a little issue about the 1st room he save us, it wasn't ready but he moved us yo a fresh and nite one. Plus that after took a nap and left the the room for few hours they refresh the room again, THAT WAS A GREAT PLUS!!! FULLY RECOMMENDED

Worth the money, nice and clean!
Pros:

The hotel is nice and clean, it is worth the money. Check in was fast and easy.

Cons:

The only bad side is the noise at night. You can hear people walking, talking, playing music, etc. The couple in charge during our stay were trying to open a door at the end of the hallway in the middle of the night. The noise was loud and continuos. we could sleep after that… It was very hard to find the address. it is actually on the Mexico-Pachuca highway next to a Shell gas station. The name of the hotel has changed but the exterior still shows as the old name.
