BH HOTEL & CENOTE TULUM - Adults Only

Doesn’t exist it was a scam

We learned this property is permanently closed as we are about to take off from our home airport. When we landed in Tulum we scrambled to find another hotel accommodation.

When I arrived the property was closed. Apparently it has been closed for 2 months. So glad we were able to find a place to stay. Highly disappointed.

The place is absolute magic, and the staff are amazing! Breakfast was excellent. We loved the private pool in our suite, and how quiet it was, even though there is a beach club with a DJ just close by. Bring bug spray, and water. Rent a car to get there.

It's a super unique, awesome experience. Will be returning

Descubrimos este hotel por casualidad y fue la mejor decisión que pudimos tomar ya que nos encontramos un oasis hasta con su propio cenote. El recibimiento por parte de Alberto y el staff fue fantástico, con una Mezcalita incluida para refrescarnos. Las habitaciones son increíbles y cuentan hasta con tu propia pequeña piscina privada. Despertar en el medio de la naturaleza fue un sueño, entre el ambiente de las plantas y los cantos de los pájaros. Toda una experiencia! Tienen un bar- restaurante con varias opciones y los cócteles los mejores q tomamos en toda Yucatán. Recomendadisimo a todos!

Es bellísimo, solo que como es grandísimo les falta limpieza en las áreas arboladas.

El hotel está muy bonito, y tienen ambiente para fiestas y reuniones con amigos, aparte que los cenotes casa tortuga vienen incluidos (la visita rápida) y se encuentran justo a un lado, lo recomiendo ampliamente

The place is amazing! The people who work there, even more! Gabriel and Natalio are so nice and friendly! We really enjoyed the cenote in the afternoon with Gerardo and his beer suggestions. Dinner was at Baalman, there are no words to describe the restaurant, it is an experience to live!
The room was clean and looked bigger than in the pictures. We are very grateful and looking forward to return

This was the best hotel of our trip!!! It’s located inside a Cenote, when we went there we were the only people staying so we had the whole thing for ourselves. It is simply amazing! The food was delicious, the tacos of soft crab and guacamole were our fav!
The rooms are very nice, you’re in the middle of the jungle, very silent.. nothing like Tulum.
We really thought the place was outstanding and we would recommend it to anybody! They have a monthly massive party which we didn’t go to as we had to go but it seemed like an amazing event to go to!
Service is great too, the staff is super friendly and deliver a 5 star service!

This cenote was so beautiful! Fun party with DJ at night. The cenote closes to the public at 11pm - 12 noon so hotel guests have it to themselves in the morning!

We stayed here for 4 nights and would complete recommend it here. It’s a beautiful and unique experience to stay in the jungle on a stunning cenote.
The rooms themselves were of a decent size, bed was very comfy not too soft or hard and the plunge pool was a nice touch. I would have liked a few extra facilities like hot drink station or a coffee machine but it no way damped our experience. The few rooms available on in a gorgeous almost courtyard area with water features and each night they heat coals with intense and it’s beautiful.

Both the staff at BH Hotel and from Buutsha Restaurant were friendly, welcoming and attentive.
If you didn’t know already the hotel is on the same site as Buutsha which is a Club, think beach club but on a cenote, where they have events, DJs,dancers, glitter station - the works. Therefore loud music is played from around 12pm, this usually stops at 8 but if they have an event it’s likely to be on until 11. It’s great if that’s your kind of vibe.
The two (hotel and club) do seem to have different vibes but it did prove us with different experiences. The food at the restaurant was delicious albeit a tad expensive.

Included in your stay as a tour on the wider site ‘Casa Tortuga’ where you can take a guided tour round 4 different cenotes in the area. This was an unexpected perk that we really enjoyed, there’s also quad bikes and zip lines too. Our guide Carlos was great, super friendly and informative he spoke in Spanish but also in English.

Amazing place and grate people

Es un lugar muy lindo, cómodo, amplio, limpio, seguro, súper recomendado, la atencion es muy buena, son muy amables y tienen el plus de contar con Cenote buenísimo donde la pasas maravillosamente con muy buen ambiente y con el Dj que tiene muy buena música. 10 de 10 y sin duda volvería a vivir la experiencia

Estuvo increíble, un lugar muy bonito y agradable. El cenote está al lado y tiene restaurante. Muy bonito para pasar unos días muy a gusto
