Pros:

Its an affordable option and very close to Nizami Street .
Pros:

The hotel is just a 5-minute walk from Nizami Street and its a decent place with old architecture vibe to stay. The staff were very nice.

Cons:

The breakfast was very basic option . They could have considered more options .

Pros:

Konum olarak merkeze yakındı 1-2 sefer hariç hiç taksi kullanmak zorunda kalmadık. Çalışanlar çok samimiydi her zaman güler yüz ile karşıladılar.

Cons:

Odada rutubet vardı :( duvarlarsan su sızdırmış içeri belliydi bakım yapılması gerek :( Otelde ses için saat kuralları var diyordu fakat büyük bir arap ailenin gecenin 2sine kadar bağırış çağırışını çektir bir gece. Keşke uyarılsaydılar :(

A localização do hotel vale por tudo o resto.

Cons:

O quarto onde fiquei era muito mal insonorizado. Ouvia tudo o que se passava na cozinha que ficava exactamente em baixo do meu quarto. Desde o micro ondas a funcionar aos funcionários que se sentavam na cozinha a conversar. O pequeno almoço era muito repetitivo e débil (não era buffet), embora os alimentos tivessem bastante qualidade. Os funcionários da receção foram sempre muito pouco simpáticos.
Resumindo, de voltar a Baku, só voltaria a ficar neste hotel pela sua localização.

İnternet hizmeti dışında herşey kusursuzdu.Restoran çalışanları özellikle beyfendi ve hanımefendi harika hizmet veriyor.

Extremely Disappointing Stay — Would Not Recommend

I think Mr Javed was the only good thing about this property

Cons:

I think this is one of the worst hotels I’ve stayed in during all my years of travel.

There was no one to help with luggage, and there’s no proper place to stop the car while checking in. The breakfast spread was very limited, with hardly any variety.

The air conditioning in our room was not working for our entire stay. Since our room was on the first floor, we had to keep the window open, which made it very noisy — the sound of cars passing throughout the night made it almost impossible to sleep.

This hotel is also not at all child-friendly. They have no facilities for children — not even a baby chair in the restaurant. When something fell from our baby’s hand, the staff told us to clean it. If there’s no baby chair, of course such things can happen! Honestly, they should consider declaring this as an “adults-only” hotel.

The reception staff, especially one Mr. Nijat, was completely uncooperative and lacked basic hospitality. The hotel doesn’t even have a card payment machine, which is highly inconvenient.

One incident in particular summed up their poor service — I had ordered food from a nearby restaurant, and when the delivery person arrived, Mr. Nijat insisted that he couldn’t come up to the room and that I should make sure of that. When I asked how I, as a guest, was supposed to control their security staff, he started arguing and raising his voice, boasting about his past experience at the Marriott instead of solving the issue. His attitude was unacceptable, especially toward a foreign guest.

Before arrival, I was told that I would be shown a parking spot, but Mr. Nijat refused to assist when I arrived.

The only positive experience was with the night receptionist, Mr. Javed, who was extremely polite, cooperative, and professional. The one stars are only for him. Also Mr Deniz was very helpful.

Overall, a very uncomfortable and disappointing stay. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Pros:

Türkiyede alışılmış serpme kahvaltı kültürü burada yok. Ancak personelin yaklaşımı çok sıcakkanlı güven verici. Resepsiyon görevlisi Nejat Bey her konuda yardımcı olabilmek için elinden geleni yaptı. Mutfak personelleri de çok ilgiliydiler. Güvenle gidip merkezi lokasyonda tatil yapabileceğiniz bir otel.
