Расположение отеля супер, до старого города и по улицам низами близко, в отеле отсановились 3 сутки не успели увидеть минусов, из плюсов добрые сотрудники помогали по всем вопросам, еда хорошая, в номерах чисто уютно, полотенце уборку делали каддый день, воду приносили рекомендую 👍

The breakfast is mostly the same every day, but they prepare fresh omelettes according to your choice, which was a nice touch. Overall, it was a good experience and I would definitely stay here again.

Pros:

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The rooms are very clean, spacious, and bright, and the cleaning is done every day without having to ask.

The room had everything we needed, including a dental kit, shaving kit, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and soap. Water was provided daily, along with tea bags and 3-in-1 instant coffee. I would have personally preferred regular Nescafé, but this is just a small detail.

Breakfast is served daily from 8:00 to 11:00 at the restaurant downstairs. It’s a generous plate with everything you need for breakfast, plus an omelet cooked to your preference. You can also choose between coffee, tea, or juice.

The location is excellent, just about two minutes from Nizami Street, while still being surprisingly quiet. The hotel also has a lift, which is very convenient.

Overall, a very clean, comfortable, and well-located hotel. We had a pleasant stay and would happily recommend it.

Tesis gerçekten tertemiz çok beğendim merkeze yakın çalışanlar güler yüzlü yine gelsem yine bu oteli tercih ederdim dilde sorun yaşamadık kahvaltısı yeterliydi ve otel ferah ve tertemiz kokuyordu

Местоположение отеля хорошее, все в шаговой доступности и такси может подъехать ко входу, персонал приветливый, ребята с ресепшена во всем помогали, объясняли куда как пройти, во всяких мелочах оказывали помощь, чисто и есть всё необходимое в номере, кровати очень удобные, в ресторане очень вкусно готовят, ходили вечером поужинать пару раз было очень вкусно

Заявленной услуги завтрак в номер на самом деле нету, ребенок спал и не спустился в ресторан, я попросила сотрудницу завтрак в номер, было отказано, потом сунули мне в руки хлеб и неполноценную тарелку, что было не приятно и как то даже оскорбительно, эта ситуация подпортила общее впечатление об обслуживании.

Incredible 10/10 No notes. Incredible value for the price.
Pros:

An incredible hotel, so worth it for the price. Room is very spacious and clean. Bathroom is super modern. They provide you with all the amenities: bathrobe, shaving kit, slippers, shower cap , shampoo etc. Even a scrubber for showering.

Breakfast is incredible, it’s a whole sit down breakfast where they bring you a cold plate and an omelette. Much fancier than a breakfast buffet.
The staff was very nice and spoke decent english. They even let me do late checkout for free.

The hotel is also very well located with being a 20 min walk from most main attractions in the city: Old town, Nizami street, Ocean walk etc. I walked everywhere and didn’t have to uber or take the metro once.

Incredible value for the price

Cons:

The only tiny little downside would be that you do hear the noise in the hallway, and the doors slamming. As well as the cars from the street.
