Not comfortable, prices are high as it is showing like 5 stars.

I booked my room 20 days before my stay and requested the hotel to provide a king size single bed . They authorise my request not only verbally but also written. When I reached the hotel at night they said a big SORRY and gave the explanation that we are sorry to provide a king size bed . I argued with him and showed the written approval, but they stand with his own words. They sold my book room to other. This is the pure harassment of a customer who booked the room in advance payment. I will give feedback on all social media . Very Bad experience. They are even not polite with customer also, no smile on their faces in reception counter. I request to look into the serious matter elsewhere you loose your reputation.
