Pros:

Everything!! The room was beautiful, they provided toiletries as well as robes and slippers. The bed was very comfortable and the staff was absolutely incredible! The buffett was so great with a wide variety of food selection.

Pros:

Truly amazing reception lady called Danielle who went over and above to very kindly help me with a technical connectivity issue. Her patience and kindness were truly exemplary! Danielle is a huge asset to the Mercure brand. Thank you so much.

Cons:

Air conditioning was very noisy. Beach club is awesome. Staff exemplary.

The place is not what we expected.

The elevator is stink. Our room is outdated and toilet did not flush, we have to fixed it to work. We upgraded to get a bigger room but there was no hot shower, ahh you have to wait hours to get your water hot😔.It is not like in the picture, the beach is far from the hotel it is the most disappointing. And the taxi in the area are scam.

Good for 2 night stay. Any longer find a resort

Within new township clean and able to walk the streets without fee of scooters.

Stay here for 1-2 nights and want to be close to airport and a beach.
Pros:

Staff and service overall hotel is great location and option for a short stay in Mactan

Cons:

Unfortunately our the hallway to the top
And the room smelt of sewage and shower and basin kept blocking. Air con work intermittently. Sliding door to room and bathroom would not fully open.

Pros:

The one thing I liked the most is definitely the staff of the hotel, always welcome you with the smile, help with whatever you need.
And also I need to mention the beach, fantastic.

Pros:

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The organised transfer from the hotel was easy, took about 40mins due to heavy traffic. The beach is easy walking distance to the hotel, or you can wait for the hourly shuttle. The walk only took us about 7 mins and was all flat and concrete paths. Once at the beach (not really a swim beach in my opinion) they have an infinity pool with a swim up bar and lots of areas to laze around. The air-conditioning was great, the bathroom small, neat and functional.

Cons:

The room was a little tighter than I thought, however did not distract from anything. There was sufficient room, just not a lot of space to put two suitcases.

Poor hotel experience
Cons:

The first room the hotel gave me was next to four elevators, where I heard their bells ringing every five seconds. Despite my complaint to the reception staff that I couldn't sleep, they didn't offer me another room or even call me back that night to address my request. Only the next day, after a terrible night without sleep and my second complaint, did they change my room. Besides, some of the body towels they provided were torn and stained, which were incompatible with the hotel's supposedly high standard. Therefore, for the price I paid for a five-day stay, the cost-benefit ratio was low.

It was a great hotel. Cebu is a strange place, not the hotels fault, it’s just unusual as right outside the hotel complex the area seems very run down

Petit déjeuner très varié(différents choix chaque matin)

Cons:

Problème de climatisation dans la chambre impossible à régler et très Bruyante!

Terrible.
Cons:

Odeur de moisissure extrêmement forte dans la chambre, dérangeante au point de tousser. Air climatisé trop froid, on ne pouvait le laisser allumé trop longtemps.
