Terrible.
Cons:

Odeur de moisissure extrêmement forte dans la chambre, dérangeante au point de tousser. Air climatisé trop froid, on ne pouvait le laisser allumé trop longtemps.

Pros:

Dio grada u kojem je smješten hotel.
Odličan sistem klime.

Cons:

Jako mala soba sa bračnim krevetom, samo dva ručnika (velika), tuš glava puna kamenca pa šprica u svim smjerovima, nemaju noćne lampice već mora goriti rasvjeta po cijeloj sobi. Neugodan miris na znoj i kanalizaciju iz sifona i u hodnicima.

Pros:

Staff very friendly, and really trying hard to please, and provide good service, sometimes in difficult circumstances. Good buffet style breakfast with lots of choice. Nice pool, gym, and semi-private beach area.

Cons:

Room quite small. Queues for reception, for lifts, and to get into breakfast. Was told that we weren't allowed to use the stairs to avoid queueing for lifts. There seemed to be too many rooms in the hotel for the size of the breakfast room, and other facilities. Food ordered in restaurant in evening took a long time to arrive and wasn't particularly good when it did, although the service from the waitress was excellent, and the delays seemed to be beyond her control. Maybe problems in the kitchen?

Pros:

Das Hotel liegt in der Nähe des Flughafens, je nach Verkehr muss mann trotzdem genügend Zeit einplanen. Schön ist, dass ein Park mit grossem Pool am Meer gratis genutzt werden kann. Allerdings sitzt dort ein Bademeister Polizist, der es völlig mit Kontrolle und verbieten übertreibt. Das Personal im Park (speziell an der Poolbar und dem anderen kleinen 'Restaurant' ist unfreundlich und unintressiert). Der Mini Strand dort ist unbrauchbar. In der Nähe des Hotels hat es einige Restaurants.

Fiyat Fayda dengesi çok iyi.
Pros:

Konumu, çalışanları (özellikle valede çalışanlar), yatak kalitesi çok iyiydi. Kahvaltısı diğer Filipin otellerine göre en iyisiydi. Restorant fiyatlarıda fena degildi.

Cons:

Sıcak su ılıktı, su basıncı düşüktü, havlular eski ve yetersizdi, oda temizliği çok daha iyi olmalı.

Fühlt sich nicht nach 4 Sternen an.
Pros:

Personal ist freundlich.

Cons:

Im Zimmer roch es nach Kanalisation und es gab keine Möglichkeit zu Lüften, weil die Fenster verriegelt sind. Zudem war der Strandbereich geschlossen wegen dem Asia Summit. Die Regendusche war auch sehr verkalkt, sodass sie nicht brauchbar war.

Fazit: Absolut überbewertet. Wer Erholung sucht und Wert auf ein vernünftiges Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis legt, sollte dieses Hotel meiden.
Die größten Kritikpunkte:
• Zimmer: Keine Schränke/Stauraum, winziges Bad, kein Föhn. Die Klimaanlage ist schwach und die Hellhörigkeit katastrophal (Lärm von der Straße und den Nachbarn).
• Restaurant: Atmosphäre wie im Bahnhof. Nur digitale Speisekarte mit lückenhaftem Angebot; dazu durchgesessene Sofas und zu laute Musik.
• Service: Zwar ist das Personal freundlich, reagiert aber nicht auf Beschwerden (z. B. Bitte um Ruhe).
Positiv: Einzig das Frühstücksbüffet und die grundsätzliche Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter sind hervorzuheben.
Keine Empfehlung – für den Preis gibt es deutlich bessere Optionen.

Area is really nice with good services but.still guiet.

Cons:

Communication was just awful. After first message nobody responded to my questions via Booking.com during 6 weeks. When trying to contact via email got zero answers during a month.
Soundproofing in the rooms is horrible. Could hear what movie was playing in other rooms.

あと、タクシーも（Grab）も安心して乗れて楽でした

Great hotel & amazing breakfast!
Pros:

Good location & facilities ,great value overal.
Lots of good restaurants around the area.
Housekeeping and breakfast teams stands out ,staff were friendly and attentive ,as well as guys at the front doors always super polite and helpfull with info and directions. Room amenities provided was good.

Brekfast Supervisor Melky(wasnt sure how to spell correctly) was amazing! She always makes sure to look after the guests and sets good example for the team ,no wonder why breakfast staff are all so great there :)
She is a winner!

Cons:

Silicone around sink very moldy and shower some of the days giving just lukewarm water.
