A restful stopover on the way to the airport
Pros:

Mactan Cebu is a good stop in or out of the airport
What we liked the most:
- the excellence of the hotel’s teams: smiling and caring, polite and efficient.
- the pool and the access to the nearby private beach when the pool is a great addition especially if you’re traveling with kids
- the comfort of the rooms

Cons:

The difficulty to find a room to accommodate 2 adults and one kid
The rudeness of some of the guests (but we really appreciated how the restaurant staffs handled them, politely and firmly)

Central in Cebu

Cons:

Strong chemical odours in foyer and near lifts, carried over into dining area. Coffee at breakfast was watery from a dispenser even though a proper machine was just outside dining area.

Ich würde das Hotel auf jeden Fall wieder besuchen. Sofort.
Pros:

Es war zentral zum Strand gelegen und perfekt für einen Besuch in Cebu

Cons:

Das Houskeeping war für deutsche Verhältnisse, war nicht gründlich! Aber auch nicht dreckig oder chaotischA der Standard war okay aber da ich selber Hotel kaufen bin, ist mir das in dem Hotel aufgefallen

Short and Pleasant Break
Pros:

We were well impressed with the bar, the breakfast and dinner buffet and how attentive and accommodating all the staff were.

Cons:

The Mactan Newtown Beach was a bit rocky, one must wear proper footwear to be able to enjoy the water.

Staff’s handling of a noisy room above me and refusing to adequately compensate me. No hairdryer in room. Generally not good value for the cost of hotel room
