Pros:

The View is amazing rooms are comfy there was a problem with the country itself with the flies but the hotel was so helpful and everyone was assisting us to make it the best honeymoon ever the hotel manager was there by herself to assist us thank you you made this trip counts

المكان جميل وسط الطبيعه

Cons:

العاملين في المطعم كانوا جدا عنصريين. عند وضع الطعام الصباحي كسروا كوبا من الشاي بسبب شدتهم في حذف الصحون في الطاوله. يوجد عامل سوري وصاحبه المكان طيبون جدا والباقي العاملين في المطعم التركيين تعاملهم غير سليم معنا. الاكل الصباحي قليل نحن حجزنا ل7 اشخاص ولم يكفينا ولم يعطونا اكثر. المكان الكوخ يوجد به حشرات تسبب لنا في حكه في الجسم

المكان نظيف ومرتب ويوجد مكان للألعاب وإطلالة المطعم في المنتجع جميلة ، الحي الريفي الذي يتواجد به المنتجع له عبق خاص

كان التكييف سيئا وطلب من موظف المنتجع إصلاحه ولكنه لم يفعل ونمنا بدون تكييف في الغرفة الرئيسية ، بالإضافة لوجود رائحة كريهة في دورة المياه ، الموظفون باردون ، والفطور كان قليلا مجرد مقبلات تقريبا

لقد كان المكان جميل

ولكن خدمة تنظيف الغرف سيئة، لم يغيروا بشكل مستمر الفرش ولم ينظفوا المكان الا مرة او مرتين لا اكثر، فقط اقمت 8 ليال فيه، كذلك خصموا مني مبلغ 10 ريال عماني أكثر من قيمة حجزي ولم يرجعوها لي.
