Zanike Hotel made our 5-night family vacation in Trabzon truly special. The staff’s attention to detail and kindness are second to none. They treat you like honored guests in their own home. المكان جميل جدا ويوجد فيه مطعم تابع له والعاب اطفال منتجع متكامل والموظفين جدا خدومين ومتعاونيين

لايوجد شطاف بدورة المياه

- الطاقم كان لطيف ويقدم المساعده في اي وقت.

- بعد الخدمات نوعا ما عن الفندق لكن يوجد لديهم مطعم.

Pros:

Good facility, big rooms with good beds. Friendly staff and supportive. Management is on top of everything taking care of the customers individually.

Cons:

Still under construction. There is no ramp to carry the bags and luggage.

The View is amazing rooms are comfy there was a problem with the country itself with the flies but the hotel was so helpful and everyone was assisting us to make it the best honeymoon ever the hotel manager was there by herself to assist us thank you you made this trip counts

المكان جميل وسط الطبيعه

Cons:

العاملين في المطعم كانوا جدا عنصريين. عند وضع الطعام الصباحي كسروا كوبا من الشاي بسبب شدتهم في حذف الصحون في الطاوله. يوجد عامل سوري وصاحبه المكان طيبون جدا والباقي العاملين في المطعم التركيين تعاملهم غير سليم معنا. الاكل الصباحي قليل نحن حجزنا ل7 اشخاص ولم يكفينا ولم يعطونا اكثر. المكان الكوخ يوجد به حشرات تسبب لنا في حكه في الجسم
