Bonito, experiencia positiva pero no volvería
Pros:

Aunque el dueño busca ser amable, y es muy carismático, y se nota que ha invertido bastante en la propiedad, se nota que esta bajo de personal para atender a los clientes.

Literalmente la limpieza la tuvimos que exigir en el tercer dia de nuestra estancia, y nunca llegaban al cuarto. Cabe destacar que la misma cocinera es la que realiza la limpieza.
Nos dejaron menos toallas de las esperadas, y debimos pedir que nos dieran mas.

Respecto al ser pet friendly, aunque somos una familia que nos gustan los animales habían 4 perros en el hotel bastante grandes, los mismos dejan sus gracias (deposiciones) cerca del restaurante, e incomodaban en las noches al ladrarle a los clientes, una persona con temor a los perros podría pasarlo muy mal.
Las gradas para subir a los cuartos, no lo hacen apto para adultos mayores o personas con movilidad limitada

Positivo una piscina pequeña si andan con niños, pero para mayores no seria tan cómoda.
Comida muy buena, a costos normales para la zona

More of a local spot than international travelers
Pros:

The theme of this place was really fun, but don’t expect a hotel. There was no hot water, (Luke warm at best) and the beds and sheets are more like a bed and breakfast (not matching) there is no lobby, (you check in at the bar) the staff is really nice, although one spoke no English and it made it sort of difficult to check in. The food at the restaurant was really good. The location is amazing, and the owner is happy and willing to show you around and take you places.

Pros:

Travis med personal var bra värdar som ansträngde sig för att vi skulle ha det bra. Vi åkte på en fantastisk heldagstur med snorkling, fiske och mata spindelapor. Vi lyckades också få se havssköldpaddor som parade sig precis bredvid båten.
Vi kan verkligen rekommendera detta ställe.

Pros:

We stayed at LaPerla Negra for one night enroute to Monteverde.. This pirate themed playground offered pool, volleyball, live music by the host himself, a small beach, a plunge pool for cooling off, great food and wonderful hospitality from the staff and the owner. We loved the fact that Costa Ricans were there enjoying the amenities. It is different than anything we've experienced in CR. A definite stop if you are travelling with kids.
