Children are permitted to enter when accompanied by an adult.
Happy Hour operating hours are:

I completely fell in love with this beautiful hotel during my stays, and I know for sure that I will book it again whene
Pros:

I first visited this hotel last year in November, and I absolutely loved everything about it. The rooms are beautiful and incredibly clean, and the staff are always so helpful and friendly. During my previous stay, they kindly agreed to help us order food through a local delivery application because we struggled to do it ourselves without a local phone number. Their willingness to help made our stay so much easier! Overall, I fell in love with the place instantly.

Cons:

This time, when we asked for assistance with ordering food delivery, the staff asked us to eat at their hotel restaurant instead. Unfortunately, as Muslims, we couldn’t eat from the property's restaurant because most of the menu items contain meats and other ingredients that are not halal. It was a bit disappointing not to have that same flexibility or help this time around due to our strict dietary restrictions.

Pros:

I like a lot of things in regards to this place! It's my 8th time going to Seoul within the past 5 years, yet i've always stayed within the Hannam-dong area. This is my first time staying somewhere near Sinsa-dong and for us it was the perfect choice.

The main reason we stayed around this area was because there's a lot of shopping places in Apgujeong and Sinsa and the hotel is perfect because when we finished walking around the area we can just go back (walking distance around 14-30 mins depending on where you are) and the hotel is just the perfect place for us to wind down.

The room was huge, the interior was immaculate, the bar area and living room area at our room was perfect.

My most favorite out of all is the bathroom! Perfect :)

Cons:

What could have been better was probably the location. Even though i've mentioned that it was perfect to go to Apgujeong and Sinsa, it could go down a little bit closer. But outside of this. nothing else really.

Oh probably the amenities inside the bathroom, like shower gel and shampoo.

Excellent location in the heart of Gangam, specious room, Mindy at the reception gave us an early check in, very clean room, the food is good.

Cons:

We couldn't control the temperature in the room only from the reception! So one day its super HOT and one day is super cold !! No hanger for robes in restroom,

Love the hotel but food option and great at all.

Amazing interior design of the hotel.

We booked the lounge access room.
That means I pay a lot more for the room.
This is the first time I book a room with lounge access that I can’t use it for breakfast and evening.
We had to choose one or the other for each day. And I have to pay for coffee or tea on Lounge access hours.
I pay $9 for a long black
No much option for drinks and food at the lounge and time are not flexible and very short..
And why do we need to pay for toothbrush and toothpaste.
