Pros:

Rendkívül segítőkész volt a staff. Nagyon kedvesek voltak. 40 nm2 nagy méretű volt a lakás.

Cons:

Annyira állott szag volt a lakásban, hogy minden időnket a szabadban töltöttük. Éjszakát azonban ott kellett tölteni. Bűz volt a fürdőszobában is, ami terjengett a lakásban. A légkondi segitett elviselhetővé tenni, de a szag miatt nem tudtuk kialudni magunkat. Ez teljesen felülírta a jó dolgokat a szálláson.

Das Personal ist freundlich, der Service grundsätzlich auch, Lage top aber Finger weg von den angebotenen Ausflügen!
Pros:

Das Personal war extrem freundlich und sehr sehr hilfsbereit. Die Lage war sehr gut, wenn man auch ein bisschen laufen und sich erst einmal mit Hanoi vertraut machen möchte. Zum Wasser läuft man ca 10 Minuten und in der Umgebung gibt es einige Restaurants und Cafés.

Cons:

Wir haben einen Ausflug über die Unterkunft zur Ha Long Bucht gebucht und selbst jetzt, drei Wochen später, sind wir noch sauer. Es stellte sich als sehr teuere (56€) Kaffeefahrt heraus. Statt des angepriesenen Ausflugs von ca 6 Stunden, waren wir ab 6:45 bis 23:00 unterwegs. Auf dem Hinweg wurden wir in eine Silk-Factory gefahren, das wurde als Kurzstopp verkauft. Dort wurden jedoch alle Busse ausgeschüttet, man wurde in Räume gebracht und EINGESCHLOSSEN! Dort wurden Produktvorführungen unterschiedlichster Couleur betrieben und man durfte die Räume nicht verlassen. Der Aufenthalt dort war fast 2 Stunden und wurde vorher mit keinem Wort erwähnt. Auf der Rückfahrt wurde nochmals in einer Verkaufsstelle gehalten, das war nicht weniger unangenehm und dauerte wieder 1.5 Stunden. Zudem wies der “Reiseleiter” ständig daraufhin was für ein toller Busfahrer unser Fahrer sei und dass er ja so einen langen Tag gehabt habe - fishing for tip. Dieser Ausflug hat über 12 Stunden gedauert, war mehr eine Verkaufsveranstaltung und hat uns unsere Abendplanung (Karten für Wasserpuppentheater) total zerschossen. Die Karten ersetzte uns auch niemand, es war wirklich richtig mies. Da wir das über das Hotel gebucht haben, MUSS das Hotel das bereits wissen. Dieses Erlebnis hat mich entsetzt und mein Vertrauen in diese Art Ausflug und das Hotel zerstört. Finger weg von diesem Ausflug!

Pros:

Very nice and helpful staff! The studio we stayed in was spacious and very comfortable. Breakfast is delivered to your door every morning. The gym is relatively good. The location is calm and near many nice cafes.

Cons:

The free massage is a massage chair. But it's still a very nice one!

Çakılanlar çok ilgili ve yardım sever. Konumu şehir merkezine biraz uzak ama sessiz ve sakin bir bölgede ve fiyat çok iyi.

Super lokalita mimo centra,ale blízko hotela sme mali všetko,čo treba. Raňajky boli slabšie,na výber boli len sendviče alebo polievka.Izba štandard bole super vybavená-chladnička,rýchlovarná konvica,indukčná doska,mikrovlnka,fritovací hrniec,riady,kuchynská linka. Skrátka tomuto hotelu nie je čo vytknúť
