Pros:

A szobák nagyon szépen voltak, a szállás jól megközelíthető volt

Cons:

Sajnos a wellnes részleg túl kicsit, a gyerekek elég zavaróak voltak, a szauna világot se lehetett megfelelően használni mert oda is berohangáltak

Príjemný personal, chutne jedlo, pohodlné postele.

Cons:

Detsky kútik je krásny, no po roku čo sme sa vrátili sa tam nachádza množstvo pokazených hračiek. Veríme, že pri ďalšej návšteve bude ich krásny kutik disponovať hlavne s drevenými hračkami, ktoré sa nevedia tak ľahko zničiť ako plastové nefunkčné, ktoré sa tam nachádzali.

Nice stay but need extra cleaning care
Pros:

Location, kids playroom, swimming pool

Cons:

The cleaning upon request was very basic just taking out the garbage and new towels if asked. The sheets were never changed in 4 nights and we had to ask in order to change it. This is not a service for a 4 star hotel. The floor/carpet seems like was never vacuumed. The breakfast was very basic and the breads was not so fresh seemed liked it was the same everyday.

Cons:

Začnem tým ze som si objednával apartmán a po príchode na miesto nam oznámia ze náš bungalov je pripravený. Bungalov typu maringotka na kolesách v cene apartmánu.
Príde mi to ako podvod zo strany booking nakoľko fotky tychto bungalovov na svojich stránkach vôbec nezverejňuje. Na šťastie bol personál ochotný a ubytoval nas v apartmane, začo im velmi pekne ďakujem.

Milí a ústretoví čašník, príjemne vystupovanie. Wellnes pracovníčka milá vysvetlila všetko čo sme potrebovali vedieť naozaj mali empatický prístup k nám a všetko nam bolo jasné. 🙂

Cons:

Ak by to ostatným cestovateľom pomohlo tak pitný režim k cečeri nieje zahrnutý v cene. Inak jedlo je uplne tip top a izba čistá, v poriadku.

One night, family stay
Pros:

We like the size of the room. The kids' play area was useful as we travelled with a child. Nice and clean. Breakfast was good. However, dinner was very average.

Cons:

No free drinks or tap water for dinner. Extra charges for drinks, especially when it is resorts for family and kids. No fluent English speaking staff for a resort. Waitress was cleaning tables with a spray near us while we were eating. Lack of pavement from resort to the train station. We have to walk with a pram on the main road.
