Beautiful hotel a bit outside of the old town centre.
Pros:

The hotel looks very charming, it is relatively new and beautifully designed. The rooms are comfortable. And the spa are is really pretty with the pool, sauna and hamman.

Cons:

The location was less convincing. It is too far to walk to the old town. So a taxi is necessary to go up and down. The restaurant of the hotel is a bit overpriced.

Struttura bellissima, vicina alla città vecchia. Camera spaziosa e pulita. Comodo servizio di mezza pensione che si può sfruttare dalle 12 alle 23! Colazione abbondante e molto varia

Cons:

Il servizio non prevedeva alternative e per me che sono incinta è stato un problema. Ho chiesto di cambiare un piatto con un altro della stessa categoria e stesso prezzo e mi è stato fatto pagare, cosi come l'acqua, in quanto era previsto succo di frutta. Un minimo di flessibilità va prevista perché oggi ci sono molti vegetariani che del menù proposto non avrebbero potuto mangiare praticamente nulla.

Un très bel hôtel, mais une vraie déception au regard du prix
Pros:

Très bel hôtel, parfaitement propre et particulièrement agréable. Le personnel est extrêmement accueillant, souriant et attentionné. Tous les services sont de très bon niveau, avec une mention spéciale pour le service de ménage, impeccable.

Le restaurant est bon et le petit déjeuner plutôt réussi. L’hôtel est également très agréablement parfumé, jusque dans les produits de toilette et le gel douche, un détail appréciable. La piscine est belle et agréable, même si elle mériterait d’être plus chaude.

Cons:

Nous repartons malgré tout très déçus. Cet hôtel devait être le plus bel hôtel de notre séjour ; il aura en tout cas été, sans aucun doute, le plus cher, et nous nous attendions donc à un niveau de prestations à la hauteur.

Le principal problème concerne les coupures d’électricité permanentes et beaucoup trop fréquentes, qui entraînent notamment des problèmes d’eau chaude. Pour un hôtel de cette catégorie et à ce niveau de prix, c’est vraiment très gênant.

Autre gros point noir : les tarifs du restaurant et du bar sont extrêmement élevés, voire franchement excessifs.

La piscine est malheureusement beaucoup trop froide pour pouvoir réellement en profiter.

Enfin, énorme déception concernant la chambre supérieure. Elle n’a absolument rien de supérieur : un simple lit une place supplémentaire, totalement inutile dans notre cas, et c’est tout. Pour près de 400 € de supplément, nous nous attendions au minimum à davantage d’espace, un coin salon avec canapé ou de véritables prestations supplémentaires. Ce surclassement ne nous paraît absolument pas justifié.
