Well when we arrived we were expected to pay AGAIN. I have two transactions now when I was told one would disappear. Both payments definitely came out of my account. I booked two queen beds and when we arrived at the room it was one king bed for a family of 4. They didn’t correct the room either. We had a total of 2 towels and 1 wash cloth. Had to get more. The shampoo was completely out. They had tiny black and red bugs crawling in the bathroom.
