Cok memnun kaldik, en kisa zamanda tekrar gelecegiz.

Oncelikle basta Suna Hanim olmak uzere tum calisanlara tesekkur ediyorum. Hem hizmet hem iletisim anlaminda cok memnunduk. Ayrica kahvalti ve aksam yemegi muhtesemdi. Ozetle cok guzel bir tatil oldu bizim icin.

Great stay by Fantastic staff
Pros:

Our stay was in a specious 2-story villa inside a complex, 4 master bedrooms, kitchen, garden with pool fully furnished and equipped with guests needs. The pool wasn’t open due to snow and cold weather. Om Kalthum, Ijlal and the intelligent gentleman in suit were more than professional. They all made our stay unforgettable. The complex facilities a little wonderful animals corner to visit. As well as, it has a stylish restaurant where you MUST try their tasty and delicious menu. Suna and her team were fantastic, welcoming and generous. Location was super and handy. With no doubt, I recommend and will come back!

Very Good with minor issues !
Pros:

This is my 3rd time I come to this hotel, Miss Suna, is one of the best in that hotel solving all our issues in a second.
Very well located, I keep going to the same hotel just because we do appreciate how the responsible Miss Suna is handling us otherwise I wouldn’t go.

In o deal this is one of the best hotel in the region if you want to be close to the Kayak mountain to enjoy the snow.

Cons:

In the negative side, we got the bathroom towel heater not working so we have to wait until the day after in afternoon to solve it, cause bathroom was frozen.

One of the constructive remark that I would recommend this hotel is to have someone who speaks english in restaurants, and we need to have more professionalism in terms of communication as well there was some minors issues but never mind they were solved.

Vous demandez un expresso ou un jus de fruit au petit déjeuner ils vous font payer un extra.
Pareil pour le menemen, pourtant tous les hôtels en Turquie proposent cela dans les petits déjeuners sans extra.
Les douches sont de mauvaises qualités, 2 fois dans la semaine il n'y'avait plus d eau le soir pour se doucher et la pression est mauvaise.
Nous avions recherché un hotel avec piscine dans nos filtres de recherche sur booking afin que les enfants puissent en profiter. Cet établissement etait donc proposé avec le logement que nous avons occuppé, cependant 3 appartements ne possèdent pas de piscine mais l établissement n avait pas mis en route la piscine commune... Si on avait su cela avant on y serait pas allé.

I letti erano privi di lenzuola (di sopra) sostituiti da una piccola coperta di cotone che ricopriva metà letto, non c’erano piumini, quindi notte al gelo. La pulizia molto approssimativa.
