Organic surroundings
Self check-in, carrying a very heavy suitcase up dangerously narrow stairs with no-one around (after a long journey), no mini-bar, no room service, no delivery service, no-one there, no vibe.

Avec la chaleur un transport aurait été favorable. J'ai marché et après mon séjour je crois que je me trouverai à louer un moyen de transport la prochaine fois.
No TV in the rooms, and they were very small.
Love the location. Beach access is a block away. It is much quieter on this side of Sayulita. Everything in town walkable to get to. You can rent a golf cart or atv but we chose to walk The property was beautiful, lush greenery, beautiful room, quiet, the pool was heated and amazing. But the staff, absolutely wonderful and accommodating.
I don’t have a single complaint, the beds are Queen size, so if you are used to a larger bed, it can be cozy.
I loved the concept, the location... perfect for a 25 anniversary trip. The staff was very kind, and the breakfast was a great start to the day. Super unique and amazing place to stay and I will definitely will recommend to others.
The bed wasn't very comfortable and could've used more pillows and maybe a pillow-top mattress cover. I only got really one very solid night of sleep, but it didn't take away from my enjoyment of the hotel. Just an upgrade I would suggest to make the beds more comfortable.

A place to relax 100%,
The pool was great although it is not for short people like me.
We changed rooms as the door for the assigned room was not working, this first room was extremely small and somehow unsafe, the stairs were really unpractical.
Second room much better but the water stank, the sulfur of the heater, it was uncomfortable to wait 20 minutes to have "fresh" water.
The staff seemed sweet and the property was very quiet and beautiful.
The room was very underwhelming. Misuse of space completely and zero hangers, shelf space, or storage whatsoever. The bed was equipped with a thin sheet and two pillows. The shower was cold and water went everywhere. There are birds making an alarm sound all throughout the night, so if you’re a light sleeper, watch out!

una lagartija ensució la cama durante el día y cuando llegamos a la noche no había nadie que nos pueda ayudar, necesitábamos cambiar las sábanas, sería bueno tener a alguien a disposición 24hs o al menos un par de horas más

The aesthetic was nice and quiet. Cool concept
I didn’t like that the restroom wasn’t completely closed off. I disliked that I could smell someone using the restroom and since it was humid I couldn’t open the windows to air out the place. Disliked that the front door was somewhat still open, didn’t feel safe. And with only one ac and all the holes and open spaces between doors it didn’t get that cool. Pretty far from town with the holes
