Very nice, stylish, comfortable, quite, well equipped, cozy room
Complimemtary snack, coffee
The location was perfect for visiting Salem. Short drive to Old Salem. Room clean and looked exactly as advertised. Excellent communication with concierge. Would book here again.
Parking a bit limited.
Really modern and clean facilities. It had everything we needed for a couple of nights! Had wireless charges at the bedside tables. Water, tea and coffee provided as well! Loves the decor of the place, somewhere different but modern!
A little out of the city which isn’t necessarily a bad thing! Around 15/20min walk in!
It was a bit of a walk to downtown I thought it would be closer…but not that far overall.
Love the modern touches to the historic feel of the place. Everything was just perfect!
There’s nothing I didn’t like
Restored building with an “eclectic” flare. Very clean and well-maintained. Generally quiet. Adequate parking.
Expected a breakfast on site (as advertised). Received, instead, an online voucher for a local coffee house that would have covered the cost of 2 coffees.
Billed $70 as a cleaning charge which seemed excessive for a single night stay.
Many emails received with instructions for signing in which had already been done. These became became annoying and obscured the more important information that was needed. There was an online “concierge” service but no direct interaction with anyone. Not very personal or inviting.
I liked the design of the hotel. It was very modern and looked nice.
I also enjoyed the gift card to Jaho!
The parking lot was extremely small and made me nervous my car was going to get hit.
The people above us were incredibly loud and kept us up alot of the night.
Newly renovated room with very nice decor in historic new England home. Very clean and efficient floor plan. Excellent concierge team who supports remotely.
None. I only wish the bathroom sink was a bit bigger.
Absolutely loved the water filer and water canister.
The tiny sink in our bathroom.
The contact made through email was seamless and it was easy to communicate. The room was nicely done.
Our shower head was not fully threaded to the faucet. There was no sugar substitute for my husband's coffee. The mattress was a little too firm for me.
The location was close to downtown- walksble if it wasn’t so cold today. This is an old building that was updated with modern amenities. We stayed in room 3 that was really nice. We really enjoyed the gift card given to us for Jaho for breakfast.
