Quiet sophistication for the perfect getaway.
Pros:

Where to start…
The location is GREAT!! IMO, walking distance to everything. 2 blocks down Ocean St and there’s a gorgeous waterfront view. If walking isn’t your thing? Ubers are quick and inexpensive.
The Coach House is a structurally gorgeous place with little bits of updated tech that blend in ( which allows for a completely seamless digital check- in… so refreshing). The decor is classic, chic and very artistic. We obsessed a little ( a lot) over the attention to detail while appreciating the upgrades for comfort. So many subtle spaces that are photo ready and necessary. The little details…the gorgeous glass carafe for water/filling station , wireless charging, ability to use your own streaming services.The shower?!?! Beautiful PLUS the temperature and pressure were top tier.
The customer experience was the kind that is hard to find but is so very refreshing and one that I will happily SHOUT from the rooftops. From the ease of accommodating a request ( a note and a rose for my partner on the bed) to the check ins to make sure our stay was all we could want. Including recommendations.

Gorgeous boutique stay
Pros:

An incredible stay. We got married in Salem, coming back to the coach house was lovely as the staff were kind enough to leave us a gift to celebrate. The beds are super comfortable and I loved that we could message the concierge if we had any questions at all. They are very attentive even though you don't see them.
As we stayed for a week we had a midweek clean which the concierge messaged to offer to us.
The room was really lovely and very clean and comfortable.

Cons:

There could be more storage (we were in room 3) possible a small chest of drawers if space allowed.

Pros:

Everything about it just felt really nice—the rooms, the details, the whole atmosphere. It’s super well-decorated and cozy, and you can tell they actually put effort into how the place looks and feels. 

I’d rate it 10/10. The vibes and everything were honestly wonderful.

Very nice place to stay with good value and comfort.
Pros:

The room was spacious and filled with light. A very comfortable bed and a bar-like table against one wall that was perfect for working on a laptop. They did not provide breakfast but offered a voucher for a very nice place in the center of town. While there was no one on site, they checked in often by text and always responded within minutes to any queries. Location was great--the things we wanted to see were within walking distance but it was far enough away to offer privacy and quiet.

Cons:

It took a little while for water to warm up but the temperatures were unusually cold in the area during our stay. It did not detract from the pleasant atmosphere of the hotel.

Amazing property
Pros:

Honestly pretty much everything! I've stayed in a lot of countries and cities and this has to be the best room by far! Decor was second to none and everywhere you looked was just beautiful. Especially loved the little photo seat on the 2nd floor and the beds... oh my god! I've bever slept so sound. Hosts were also amazing and responded to every question we had immediately. We will definitely be back and will recommend 👌

Lovely boutique hotel.
Pros:

The location was perfect for visiting Salem. Short drive to Old Salem. Room clean and looked exactly as advertised. Excellent communication with concierge. Would book here again.

Cons:

Parking a bit limited.
