Everything about my stay exceeded my expectations. The property is beautifully maintained, clean, and has such a calm, welcoming atmosphere. From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly kind, attentive, and genuinely caring—they went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. What truly stood out was the effort they put into making my birthday special, which meant so much to me and made my stay unforgettable. Pros:

Great location, great value for money. Rooms are very large with comfortable beds. The room's interior design, lighting and furniture are very spectacular and modern. Very hospitable staff who were swift to respond to requests. I stayed at a larger hotel for the first part of my trip, but Blackwood offered a better experience. Breakfast provided was great, and the chef made delicious lunch and dinners

I will sy the hotel is good, but they need a lot to do

Size of the room

Cons:

Too much mosquito the Wi-Fi, so slow like there is no Internet because the room they are underground, electricity sometime go and come I cannot communicate with the room service
The room service early in the morning they are so noisy so you can’t sleep

It was everything and more!
Pros:

The hotel is beautiful. The staff were very welcoming and took the time to make you feel like a valued guest. The rooms were exquisite and the food was really good and well priced. The service I received was impressive.
