It is as it should be and very cozy
Pros:

The location is incredible, very close to bus and tram stops. The room is full of everything you need. The personnel are so warm and helpful. They helped us before checking in and after, with our heavy luggage.

Cons:

The absence of an oven may be a problem, but it is understandable due to potential risks. Room cleaning services are available upon request. They should be daily. A bit pricey for the service we got.

Meget central beliggenhed. Utroligt stort værelse.
Søde receptionister.

Cons:

Parkering var lidt dyrt. Madrasserne var, med en enkelt undtagelse meget bløde.

Pros:

Eigentlich hat das GLS Campus Hotel alles richtig gemacht.
Eine angenehme Anlage , die durch Erweiterung ein altes Schulgebäude zu einer neuen Nutzung verholfen hat.
Die Mitarbeiter haben wir ausnahmslos freundlich und hilfsbereit erlebt .
Die Lage in der Kastanienallee ist sehr belebt , hier wird gern gegessen, flaniert und sich getroffen, es hat so ein besonderes Flair.
Wir sind hier gern unterwegs.
Allerdings ist man dennoch etwas abseits untergebracht und man findet durchaus seine Ruhe.

Cons:

Kleinigkeiten wie teilweise schwergängige Fenster,ein tropfenderSiphon am Waschbecken und ein kippliger Tisch hätte ich nicht erwàhnt.

Genervt hat leider bei der Toilette die WC Spülung.

Hier kamen nur kleinste Wassermengen .
Für das kleine Geschäft handelbar, für das große Geschäft aber nur mit viel Nervosität zu lösen, wenn 2 Erwachsene um Abtransport bemüht sind
WC Schüsseln in Berlin haben leider auch keinen größeren Unterhaltungswert als anderswo im Land.

Wir haben uns dann bei Bedarf mit den Toiletten in einem anderen Gebäude beholfen, von 5.Stock runter , quer über den Hof , in Richtung Eingangsbereich.


Ein erster Reparaturversuch am Sonntag brachte nur geringe Abhilfe, klar ,es war halt Sonntag und nicht unbedingt Besserung zu erwarten.
Tags drauf - am Montag also - haben wir nochmal Bescheid gesagt ,leider tat sich weiterhin nichts.
Am Mittwoch in der Früh war unser Aufenthalt dann auch schon wieder zuende,die Toilette noch immer mangelhaft.

Wir hoffen, man nimmt sich dem Thema kurzfristig an.

Schöne Anlagen mit Grün drumherum und einer Schaukel im Garten, freundliche und hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter, das Zimmer war überrraschend groß. Die Kopfkissen waren sehr weich.
