Lovely, but need more hot water
Pros:

It was wonderful all around. The only complaints are that we ran out of hot water for showers in the morning, so two out of four people had to take cold showers.

Staying in Narbonne for holiday and found another great property by the Chateau Lecarrasses family. Never disappointing to see such a beautiful facility with such great views and lovely staff.

Pros:

Lovely hotel. We went in December so didn't have a chance to experience the lovely looking pool, but the hotel is in wonderful countryside and is great for walking and cycling. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend

Pros:

From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect. I booked here for my boyfriend’s birthday after spending a few nights in Carcassonne. We spent 2 nights here and we loved every minute. The hotel was spotless, the most incredible views from either the pool or outisde dining, the staff were friendly and helpful. We were lucky enough with the weather to experience the outdoor pool and drinks watching the sunset. I couldn’t have asked for a better surprise for my boyfriend’s birthday. We had dinner in Asado and although the wait for food was long, it was worth it!
We will definitely be visiting again next year !

Pros:

Beautiful property, attentive staff, delicious food.
We had a lovely room in the Chateau but…….no air conditioning….They had a system that did not cool the room at all . Our tester said 28 degrees…unbearably hot.
We reported it to the reception and they did attempt to turn it on ,but it kept going off. Not comfortable .
Hopefully they will correct this ….then this rating will be
excellent.

Cadre somptueux !Extraordinaire ! Merveilleux ! Et le personnel plus qu’au top de l’accueil au restaurant en passant par le personnel d’entretien ! Tout le monde est souriant et avenant ! Bravo ! Dommage de n’être restés qu’une nuit ! Le vin de la propriété est excellent et chapeau à l’équipe en cuisine ! Un régal ! On reviendra

A fabulous stay
Pros:

We have just completed an overnight stay and dinner at the chateau and we were so impressed with the quality of service and friendliness of the staff throughout our visit.

From our initial greeting and assistance from Cecile on reception to later on meeting Kevin our waiter in the brasserie we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will certainly be looking to return very soon.

Please do pass on our thanks to the other staff in the brassrie and helpful staff on reception. The service throughout our stay was faultless and you have both an amazing venue and high quality staff to run such a place - you very much deserve to succeed.
