Pros:

Очень комфортное размещение, находится отель в центре города в нескольких шагах магазины, площадь и рестораны. Но больше всего с поездки нам запомнится каждый теплый вечер у камина с администратором Марика и нашими новыми друзьями, благодаря этому наша поездка стала еще более запоминающейся и мы однозначно вернемся туда еще и еще!

Super Lage, Parkplatz inbegriffen, geräumiges Zimmer
Pros:

Die Lage war super, mitten im Ort und Restaurants sind zu Fuß erreichbar. Auch konnten wir direkt vor der Tür kostenlos parken.
Wir hatten ein Dreier Zimmer mit Bad. Die beiden Schlafzimmer waren durch eine Tür getrennt, was super war für Schlafcomfort und Privatsphäre.

Cons:

Sehr gerne hätten wir zum Frühstück zB Obst zum Joghurt gehabt.
Ansonsten war es wunderbar!

Pros:

Great location, very welcome staff, big enough room, with heater if needed, good breakfast, cozy restaurant. Magical view of mountains surrounding Mestia from both sides.

עוגמת נפש!!
Pros:

החדר נראה אחר מבתמונות, הרגיש כמו אכסניה, לא אהבנו ועברנו למלון אחר מדהים, מואר עם נוף מדהים ובריכה, באותו מחיר

Cons:

מפח נפש, הזמנו 3 לילות וברגע שנכנסנו לחדר מיד ירדנו וביקשנו לבטל את 2 הלילות הבאים, הבחורה בקבלה תבעה לדעת למה אנחנו רוצים לעבור וטענה שהחדר מצויין ואין סיבה לעבור ושאין לה סמכות לבטל. קיבלנו מייל של מנהלת המכירות ונאמר לנו לשלוח מייל ושתענה למחרת. שלחנו מיד ומעולם לא ענתה לנו. החלטנו לעבור בכל מקרה ומצאנו מלון מדהים באותו מחיר.
הנהג הגאורגי שלנו התקשר אליה כמה פעמים, במלון אמרו שינסו להחזיר לנו על הלילה השלישי, אבל הריצו אותנו הלוך ושוב, הגענו לשם עוד פעמיים במיוחד ובסוף המנהלת לא אישרה את ההחזר בטענה שתפסנו להם את החדר. המלון היה ריק! וביקשנו מיד לבטל לא תפסנו להם כלום.
עוגמת נפש אמיתית ורמת שרות ירודה מאוד.
