Ideal stay in San Sebastian
Pros:

Loved the room, very comfortable bed with ample storage. The hotel staff were friendly. We were able to keep our bags in the hotel once we had checked out, which was incredibly useful. The location was ideal, 10/15 minutes to the coach station and then 10/15 minutes walk to the old town.

Cons:

Not a deal breaker, but tea and coffee were downstairs, not in the room, and they didn't have any peppermint tea.

Quelques détails ont gâché le séjour
Pros:

La localisation à proximité du centre-ville et d'un parking. La chambre est très propre, bien équipée et la literie très confortable, le petit déjeuner était parfait, très varié et copieux, la dame au petit déjeuner était très gentille également. L'hôtel est moderne et bien décoré.

Cons:

Nous avons eu une chambre au rez-de-chaussée 3 points nous ont vraiment déplu:

- Apéritif/soirée d'une dizaine de personnes dans l'entrée vers 23h. Le bruit nous a réveillé, j'ai du faire une remarque à la personne de l'accueil qui a tout de suite mis fin à ce rassemblement. Cependant, toute notre famille a été reveillée

- Plus grave, forte odeur d'excrément dans le couloir tout le long de notre séjour. Très choquant

- Odeurs de remontée d'égouts dans la salle de bain, sûrement parce que nous sommes au rez-de-chaussée.

Enfin, le sachet de cacahouètes offert était périmé...

Estancia agradable en una ubicación perfecta.
Pros:

La ubicación es perfecta, muy cerca de la playa y centro histórico. El personal fué súper amable y profesional. La habitación era tranquila y silenciosa, tenía una cama muy cómoda y estaba totalmente equipada. Además de todo lo que ofrecen gratis, si no lo encuentras en la habitación, te lo proporcionan en recepción.

Pros:

Chambre très propre, les lits sont confortables, douche spacieuse.

Cons:

J'avais demandé un lit double et non 2 lits jumeaux (sélection lors de la réservation - il bien était spécifié que l'attribution se ferait suivant les disponibilités). Hors lors de notre arrivée, nous avons compris que les chambres supérieures avec balcon comportent uniquement 2 lits jumeaux. Si j'avais su, j'aurais pris une chambre standard (moins chère) pour m'assurer de la réelle possibilité d'avoir un lit double.

Nuisances nocturnes.
