Expensive, cheap materials, no amenities
Pros:

Conveniently located near the cathedral and walking distance from the old town.

Cons:

The hotel, and room feels very basic and cheap. The room was facing external piping system, despite the photos showing a view. The room itself was incredibly small, too small to move around with luggage in it. The bed was uncomfortable and small and the bathroom had quite harsh blue lighting and no amenities. We didn’t bother with breakfast as it looked so basic. For the money, it didn’t feel justified.

Pros:

Prima hotel, met een lieve dame die voor een lekker en uitgebreid ontbijt zorgt. Het onthaal was eerder onpersoonlijk.

Cons:

De ligging was voor ons toch niet zo ideaal. Het hotel ligt langs een grote drukke baan wat toch wel voor wat geluidsoverlast zorgde.

Pleasant and central stay in San Sebastian
Pros:

Location was perfect, was clean and tidy

Cons:

Relatively small room for a very high price; did have balcony but there was a particular smell throughout the property which was not unpleasant but too strong. There was no body lotion or conditioner and there was no face towel.
