OK, but a little shabby.
Pros:

The hotel is tired but good value. Its primary value is that it is close to a Metro station.
Housekeeping is unreliable/haphazard - I was in the hotel for nearly two weeks and on two random days housekeeping did not attend. Also on one occasion, although used towels were removed, a full set was not replaced.
Breakfast starts at 0700 - not early enough for someone who needs to work.

No Towels, No Shampoo, No Soap, TV barely worked. Room had a smell. Hallways were shabby condition.

Gym was not safe to workout in.

Pros:

設備などは一般的な古めのホテル。ホテル自体に大きな不満があるわけではないが、滞在中の環境が大変悪かった。

・騒音
コネクティングルームという事もあるのか、横の音がとても聞こえる。かつ、何故か深夜まで廊下もうるさく、まったく快適ではなかった

・におい
4階だったが、喫煙フロアなのか？というレベルでどこからともなくたばこのにおいが頻繁に入ってきた。

・シャワー
水圧も弱く、温度も安定しない。他の部屋では水しか出なかったという話も聞いた。

総合的に見て、またリヤドに行くとしてもここを選ぶことは無さそう。

Ok but too many things didn't work. Breakfast was poor, broken toilet never got fixed, ac had a mind of its own, poor public areas, rooms and bathrooms very tired and a bit scruffy...

Excellent stay by any standard. Right in the middle of city, close to everywhere. Amazing staff, especially Mr Amir Ayed, super courteous person. This will be my place to be in Riyadh

Ausgesprochen nettes Personal, sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.
Tolles Stadthotel, schönes geräumiges Zimmer, alles sauber.

Pros:

Hotel was smelly and dated. Not clean and at the standard of a basic business hotel. I had to leave as soon as I arrived. No reimbursement despite showing them the bad conditions.

Okay Street convenience
Pros:

Good location near main Olaya Street. Restaurant not open yet so I got mediocre breakfast delivered to room. Plumbing is not great. Helpful staff.
